First off, I’m 29 and have been married for 3 years, together for 10. We originally talked about getting married, and waiting 5 years to have children so we could travel, advance our careers ect. She originally didn’t want children, and I did. I’ve always wanted children because I felt like I had a big heart and wanted to shower a baby with love and affection.

However my feelings started to change within the last few months ago. For the first time in my life now, I actually love my life. Its taken 29 years to get to where I'm at. I love every part of my life with no complaints and don’t want to change it or throw it off balance.

All of our friends now have a babies or children, and all I hear about is how much work and stress they are. That yes, children bring joy, but they are a lot of work and cost a lot of $$. I hear a lot more people are going childless and enjoying their lives, traveling and retiring early. I don’t think the thought is selfish, but I’m not sure if this is just a phase.

Its tomorrow. I wife is making me feel obligated to go, but I just don't want to. Our lives are so busy and I want a night to just chill. But then I might feel bad because she is going and I'll be home alone. Thoughts? Is that a jerk way to think?

Stuck between buying a electronic keypad or combo rifle safe. Leaning on the combo safe for reliability. However, my concern is quick access in the middle of the night for home defense. It seems too time consuming to unlock a combo in emergency situations. Is it possible to leave a combo safe "unlocked" with the door closed? Or once you close the door, does it automatically lock? Been searching for ever!!! Thank you

Ok, so my Fiancée’s best friend was engaged to my best friend. Last month, she broke up with him and immediately hooks up with this dude from her work the day after she left him. She then starts dating this guy and within a week receives a phone call from that guy’s girlfriend confronting her. So she stops talking to him. Within a week he starts hitting her up and says he’s not seeing that girl anymore, they hangout, hookup, have *** and are now dating.

Anyway, it’s my Fiancée’s birthday dinner tonight and she invited her best friend which is bringing “the guy”. They are planning to come to our house, go to dinner and spend the night at our home. I already don’t like this guy; A) For Cheating B) For Lying C) Because it’s my best friends Ex.

I don’t want to meet this guy nor have him spend the night at my house, but I really don’t have a say as it’s my girls best friend. I strongly feel a little “hazing” is in order so I want to ask/tell this guy to be our DD tonight, he’s gotta work for his stay. Is it ok for me to ask this? I have some hidden anger towards this guy but feel I probably shouldn't cause it’s not my place. Any advice?

Basically in a nut-shell I’ve been in and out of numerous bands since 15 (now 25). My last band was together for about 8 months (youtube “Feel Good Revenge Story”), played a few shows but a few of the guys had beef with each other and the band split. I’ve found it so hard to keep a band together or even last the audition/finding member process. Then having your band mates telling you how not to sing or not to use too much falsetto, and just putting up with each other’s mental issue’s and thoughts of where the band should go.

I’ve also done some solo stuff, just a bunch of instrumental tracks, midi drums and just sung over it (www.purevolume.com/ghostofakina). Being able to be as creative as possible with no one holding me back or telling me what “not” to do. It’s awesome but wonder how far that could go. I mean, would you go to a show to see a one-man band singing to a pre-made track playing out his computer? I can hold my own on stage, talk to the crowd, move around but would you get bored of watching one guy or rather rock out to a whole band? What are your thoughts?

Well, long story short I’ve been with this girl for 6 years. We live together and are recently engaged. When we first started dating, we were 18/19, kissed a lot and were very physically romantic and had a good amount of ***. We love each other, both of us are very committed and take good care of each other but we are not or rarely physical anymore. Not by choice, I try to kiss her, hold hands, be physical but she just doesn’t like it anymore. It even gets kinda weird kissing her cause I can tell she doesn’t really want to. I know she loves me and wants to spend her life with me but she just isn’t a physical person anymore. I know it’s not me physically, I’m not cocky but I am confident that I am decently attractive and my body is very toned(which I work my *** off for).

She is more into mental connections and conversation for pleasure, which is ok, but we make love maybe 2 times of month, 3 if I’m lucky, but that’s her trying for me. She just doesn’t really like it, she says it grosses her out and she thinks of humans just being instinctual animals?? I’ve been really sad lately cause I need more affection, a more physical connection. I have to bond with my hand lately to get through the tough times when I’m craving you know what. I go to sleep hurting some nights feeling lonely, she there next to me, but not there… We’ve talked about several times and she says she will start trying to be more conscious of it but nothing’s changed. I’m just afraid of getting married and harassing her for the rest of our lives more physical attention. I don’t want to break up for this reason, but I don’t want to be miserable or even put myself in a cheating position when I’m older. I wouldn’t want to break up because my Dad, Mom, Grandma, Aunt ect are all lonely going relationship to relationship and I don’t want to be old and lonely (currently 25 as of today =) Advise?

There is a 5K walk-a-thon coming up for United Ways Charity event. Can you jog or run at a walk-a-thon? Would this anger or offend anyone at the event?
