For the US Census, does "of Hispanic origin" only include people actually born in Hispanic countries?
I'm sorry if this is a very silly question. If someone's maternal great grandparents were both born in Portugal, both of their maternal grandparents were of Portuguese descent, and their relatives on their father's side are non-Hispanic, would they be considered "of Hispanic origin"? Or does that question only apply to people who were actually born in Hispanic countries themselves?

Sometimes when people stand up too quickly from a reclined position, their vision goes black momentarily. What exactly is happening? Do your eyes (or the vision part of your brain) stop working for a moment when there's a drop in oxygen or something? And why might this be happening on this occasion and not every single time one stands? Is this related technically related to fainting?
