obviously I know that each shop will differ on size etc. however how much cash do you think in £ sterling it would take to set up a Coffee shop like starbucks in a rented store?

Looking for estimates,

cost from furniture to commercial coffee machines and 2 commercial toastie machines like most starbucks stores have? also to stock up on latte cappuccino etc and hot chocolate and tea's etc..

I do have a estimate in mind however I'm un certain as to how accurate I have calculated things.

So I would like an estimate on set up cost, the shop would be quite classy in appearance as is starbucks..

I have done diets before now and I'm on one next week, but I have also noticed a lot of people seem to be calorie counting theese days, do You count daily calories or estimate them etc????

ok so I know quite a lot about dieting now and i'm dropping down from 154 lbs to 145 lbs i'm just ripping up then just gonna eat clean for a while till I start bulking however what is you idea of the perfect diet?

I want to choose a career so that i can start training for it now as i'm 22 and only getting older however i am hoping to get into the para's but as i havent heard any sort of reply off them yet i want to begin training for a professional trade what ones are the best for self employment though?

I'm 22 no gcse's however I'm taking time out to do the lot I want to choose a career that is 50,000 or more a year I have above average potential just never had the chance to do well in school due to home commitments etc.

what sort of jobs pay 50k + and maybe give me the chance to venture into self employment?

want to build a kit car but can not decide on an engine was thinking pug 106 gti and slam a super charge kit cams and a 4 branch however i'm on a budget what would you choose on a budget thaught about a sierra saphire engine however i want it to be around 1600cc to 1800cc as dont want the hassle of fitting a 2ltr lump and finding a reasonable way of mounting...

What would you choose? the cars gona be almost a caterham super7 copy but slight differences as i'm gona do it straight from my own plans after i draw them...

Just dont get it, 3,500calories in 1 lb of fat or so they say. Yet this week I have burned 11,000calories in the gym and lowered my diet giving me a total of 2,000calorie deprivation,

Why has my weight not lowered and why i have i not lost body fat?

i'm exactly where i started...

Bear in mind the last 8 months i have lost 5 stone!!
