Soo I've been eating protein bars and drinking protein shakes (im a vegetarian) to lose weight but some of my friends told me that they are going to make me gain weight so im REALLY confused. I'm 5'8 and around 115 lbs and I want to lose weight in my thighs. By "lose weight" I mean i literally want my thighs to be smaller and firmer, I dont want them to get ANY bigger or stay the same. I've been doing squats and lunges, will that help?! im so confused someone please help me

Sooo it took me like 4 hours to download iOs 5 for my iphone 4 and when it was done nothing was changed except it deleted all of my freakin apps. is there any way i can get them back?? and why isnt iOs 5 showing up on my phone???

okay so i have a sony cybershot 8.1MP camera and the model is DSC-W90. i went through all the settings and menu and i just can't find where to set the timer. i found that it can take 3 pictures one after the other but thats NOT what im looking for. i just want to know how to like set the timer from 2-10 seconds on my camera, please help. thanks!

Okay so like, I've been to that government website that says the legal age for jobs and it said that 14 year olds can work. Its just hard to find, and thats why im on here :D I'm energetic, responsible, and mature and i want a job. I would try doing babysitting, but i dont know anyone in need of a babysitter. I know that i would be able to work at a family-owned business, but again i dont know anyone with a family-owned business.... Does anyone know of a good place that i can work at? Ok so I downloaded songs from limewire and there is a shared folder on itunes that all of them are in. The limewire downloaded songs are also in my itunes library and they have checks in the boxes. How do I put them (sync) the limewire downloaded checked songs in my library to my ipod? Every time on itunes I go to 'Zohra's Ipod' and I click like 'sync' or whatever its says 'syncning ipod please do not disconect' but then i check on my ipod and the limewire/itunes library songs arent there! I'm going crazzzyy! Please help me!
