I have two electronics questions.

Number 1-COMPUTERS:

When I click on Internet Explorer it says, "Which Program Would You Like TO Use?" I have to click on, "look for the appropriate program on the Web." It works, but it is very frustrating because sometimes it does not work. Please Help! (I already tried right clicking the internet icon and clicking on 'properties' and then typing ''ProgramFilesInternet Exploreriexplore.exe" in the target box. I could not seem to find the target box. And, that might not work so please give me more suggestions of how to stop this message box from popping up. Thanks in advance!

Number 2-Wii Sensor:

Well you see, my little sister plays the Wii. Our cockatoo, Perry, chewed up the chord and now the sensor doesn't work. So, we bought a wireless sensor. We already set it up to where we said it is at the top of the television. We also already synced it with the Wii and the remotes. Just yesterday it was working completely fine, but now, when we point at the screen, it tends to 'spaz.' It [the pointer] shoots to the top right corner of the screen. Thank You in advance!

Do you know how when you turn on your computer, you have to pick a user? Well, I was wondering how to make a new one, because my son and daughter have a bunch of their stuff (games) downloaded on my user, and I wanted to make one (user) for them. Does anyone know how to create a new one?
