exercises for the buttox?
Im a man and all I have is dumbells to workout with up to 50 lbs. What are some exercises I can for thicker butt cheeks. I hate jogging and wont do it.

Im going to make a chicken stew and like to cook the chicken very low and slow, like 2-3 hrs. It gets super tender, but if I kept the sausage in that long in casing what it be good? Worried it might get rubbery and never soften.
