  • My neighbor is freaking me out?

    Almost a year ago a new neighbor moved into the duplex next door. It's not the same duplex I live in.

    He's from the middle east. At first he was nice, but the last few months he's been kind of sullen and frequently verbally combative with no provocation or very little.

    A couple of weeks ago I was working in the back yard and overheard him talking about how many people he'd killed in his country (Yemen I think?)

    Now the guy is freaking me out.

    Is it just me or should I contact someone?
