i am looking into traveling to some part of asia to study muay thai and get some life experience. i have no idea where to start and how to approach this. any help is great, thanks.

venturing to a place like thailand or indonesia and studying maritla arts [muay thai preferably] has been a dream of mine. I have no idea how to approach it though. i know im losing weight. i have a fast metabolism, exercise erry day and eat healthy and i've already lost over 100lbs. at this point i think a good metaphor to use would be a caterpillar changing into a butterfly. anyway i was curious as to the time length it takes to see results, even though i've already seen a lot, im now trying to step onto a new platform of tightening and toning my body. thanks

what does this mean to you?

no im not talking steroids. im talking about the body naturally producing more. I am almost 19years old, 220lbs, 6'3''. I have been going to the gym for about two and a half years. Just recently, around two weeks ago, i have been running and going to the gym almost every day..completely killing myself, ignoring that little after-morning workout soreness that occurs. Anyway I have noticed in myself that i am much more aggressive after a workout where i will acually go off on people to the point where im screaming in rage. no its not a blackout, my mother is a nurse and i've talked to her about this. There are more minor details but thats it. I drink maybe once a month and smoke marijuana every day.
