  • I'm afraid to eat , constipation help?

    PLEASE READ

    Ive been constipated for about a week , ive been really stressed out with anxiety attacks but then I faced my fear and got rid of it , anyway I stress alot can that be why im constipated ? Ive been eating pretty healthy in my opinion and I only poo alot when I take laxatives otherwise I just do little balls ( I know sick right ) . I went to the bathroom this morning and I had really bad abdonimal pain the worst I ever had . Im going to the doctors tommorw but Im pretty worried , any ideas ?

    I eat lots of fiber and drink around 3 bottles of water a day and I exercise alot .

  • Any doctors or help would be greatly apreciated?

    (16 male) Alright let see, its starts off on saturday, i started getting this weird sharp pain on the lower left below my rib cage and it has been going off and on that day, until 3 A.M. , on sunday i didnt feel a thing until i stretched for a bit on my bed and that pain came back, ( i skated that day because it didnt really bother me much but i still felt it). Monday i went to the doctors but they just took my blood and said they will see what will happen with me next week. I thought it was gone forever on monday so i wrestled my friend (it came back but didnt hurt that much. TODAY, ok at school i felt like i had a stomach ache but i think i did because later on i used the bathroom and i felt better, but later on as i was typing i got up, and all of a sudden this weird pain struck me in the middle left of my stomach for about 2 seconds, what the heck is happining to me??? i also feel weird things in the inside of my body at times , its hard to explain but it doesnt hurt. Next weeks seems forever , i feel like i am going to need some surgery or something, any opinions ?

    long story short its in my left eye and i can feel thaat burning sensation for about 30 minutes, im putting water on my eye constant but doest work, i dont recommend poisen control becuase i am 16 and dont wanna wake up my parents, im freaking out someone please tell me if im going to be ok
