What is the late 90's movie that starred a Carrot top like actor with Red Hair and was completely terrible?
I remember the actor reminded me of carrot top with his hair and stupid antics. I also remember the final scene was a fight scene in an apartment and the refrigerator ended up falling over the balcony killing the bad guy.
