I've been told once it reaches underwriting, you're good. I've also been told nothing is guaranteed until it comes out of underwriting. How often do home loans get denied once they have reached underwriting?

Diamond-Hope, Enoch, Auggie....Some are just outdated, but some are ridiculous!

Devon, Logan, Hayden and Carson(they are already named--so don't be awful, but honesty is appreciated). Their middle names are family names. So, it's Devon Henry, Logan James, Hayden Richard, and Carson Avery. They are all boys by the way...

The service light came on(not a service engine, or check engine), it just says service and has a picture of a wrench. Anyway, I looked it up in the owner's manual and it said it's a non-emissions problem. What could that include?

My sister is having a baby! It's her third. She always picks one name, and uses it for either gender. So, it needs to be unisex. She has Aidyn and Reece, and thought another unisex name would fit in. I personally, am not a huge fan of boys names on girls--but she is. To each their own.

Any suggestions?

I am married, and stay home with the children. My husband works.However, is credit is terrible, and that's an understatement. I have good credit. My question is: Can I be financed without putting him on the application? Or would I have to add him to use his income? Thank you.

I'm not pregnant, my sister is. She has two children Reece is my nephew and Aidyn is my niece. No, I did not mix them up. Reece is a boy and Aidyn is a girl. What would you name the next child? Not sure of the gender. To give you an idea, she liked the name Emerson for a girl and Greyson for a boy. Her husband did not like them. Regardless of how you feel about the names, please suggest for each gender that fits with Aidyn and Reece. Thanks in advance.

I've seen the name Bentley a lot lately. It's not my favorite, but I've seen worse. To me, it seems like the male version of Mercedes. The name Mercedes is considered "trashy" or "stripperish" to a lot of people(no offense to anyone). So why is Bentley so appealing? Just curious to what others think...

Naming little girls celbrity surnames. I worked with someone who is expecting a baby girl and naming her Alba Elizabeth. My sister liked the name Aniston, I just saw someone ask about Chesney, and you see Paisley and Jolie all the time. Is this the new big thing? What are your thoughts on this trend taking off?
