  • Tax returns and mortgage-how many years back is standard?

I'm closing on my first home and the broker I'm working with wants four years of tax returns. I've never heard of going back so far. Even the IRS only audits three years (unless they suspect intentional fraud). I have been with the same company for 8 years, have a stable job, and a very good salary.

They already have pay stubs and two W-2s, BTW.

    Is this normal?

  • Trouble finding processional?

I'm getting married in one month and still have not decided on a processional. I've listened to everything I know and nothing feels right, yet. It's a formal wedding and we'll have a string trio providing the music. So far I've ruled out:

"Air" (from Water Music Suite), (George F. Handel)

"Bridal Chorus" (from Lohengrin), (Richard Wagner)

    "Canon in D" (Johann Pachelbel)

"Spring" (from The Four Seasons), (Antonio Vivaldi)

"Fall," (from The Four Seasons), (Antonio Vivaldi)

"Winter," Largo, (from The Four Seasons), (Antonio Vivaldi)

    "Trumpet Tune" (Henry Purcell)

    "Trumpet Voluntary" (Jeremiah Clarke)

    "Trumpet Voluntary" (John Stanley)

"Wedding March" (from The Marriage of Figaro), (Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart)

"Romeo and Juliet Love Theme" (Tchaikovsky)

    HELP!
