Anyone ever lose evidence a dl course they ve taken through ALMS?
My wife completed a distance learning course she took via the ALMS portal. She printed out the certificate, but when she went back into the portal, there is nothing showing she s taken it. There are transcripts/certifications from other courses she has completed, but not this one. She submitted an online ticket to get this investigated. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks.
