I need a stylist who can style cut and color natural hair preferably on the Rockford area. I'm fine with either a salon or someone who works in her own home.

I am new to the Madison, WI area and am looking for a salon to get my hair done. I am a black woman with natural hair. I like to wear my hair straight and when it's done right it is nice and bouncy. I am looking for any kind of recommendation, even if it's to warn me against any salon.

I'm just graduated college and got my first job. I want to start managing my money for the long term and would like to be finacially well off withing the next 5-10 years. I currently have a B.A. in chemistry and am currently working as an chemist in pharmaceutical development. I always intended on getting my master's degree, but I'm debating whether to continue in chemistry or whether I should get an MBA. Last night I had an apocalyptic type of dream where a lot of people were taken in the rapture. I was left behind with one of my friends and we were on the run because there were people after us.
