Worried about my babies sight? HELP!!?

I have a Samsung Galaxy cell phone, and a Samsung Galaxy Tablet. When I switch on the wifi on these two devices, my broadband (which is hopelessly slow anyway) slows to the point where it cannot really be used.
Here's the catch. I have another Samsung Galaxy Cell phone, and another Samsung Galaxy Tablet that do NOT have the same effect.
The two problematic devices are newer (by about a year) than the other two.
Any ideas ???
