I was fired from my job for texting on the clock. But the only reason I was texting was due to a family emergency at the time which supposedly caused me to make a mistake, which the details of the mistake don't add up from what my employer said so they pretty much fired me due to texting. So during my phone interview I was denied unemployment but I appealed. I have my text messages proving it was an emergency and company policy stating that texting is allowed during an emergency. Is it possible for me to win my appeal?

I wanna go to Laughlin in October? How hot is it during that time of time of year? I wanna rent jet skis one day. Would it be hot enough for that?

Why do you need to provide tax documents to file bankruptcy?

I am considering filing for bankruptcy and Scared to present my tax documents because when I filed taxes the person who did it said I went to school but I didn't. What will happen if I go through with the bankruptcy? Will they know that was a lie?

I got a double helix (double cartilage) piercing done on January 4. I got it done a tattoo shop with a needle. It bled when I pierced it but no blood since. However, I had my cartilage pierced twice, two different times, on the same ear. But those were like 10 years ago and with a gun. They got infected so I took them out. My ear has been fine up until a couple days ago.

My piercing has been red, not extremely red but you can tell, it's been a little swollen. Sometimes it itches. And it's a little sore. But I haven't has any pus come out at all and it hasn't bled since I pierced it.

Could it be worse since I've pierced over scar tissue and this time it's a double at the same time?

I always wash my hands before I do a sea salt soak and I do that about twice a day. Today I tried a chamomile soak but it's too soon to tell. Could it be infected?

I've been with my boyfriend a little over a year now and he just doesn't show me any affection especially in public. He says he's just not that type of guy which I don't really understand. Like if he cares so much about me why would he not like to show me and tell me. I feel like I initiate everything. If I didn't hug or kiss him he wouldn't. And ill tell him how I feel and I just get a "me too" back. He says he shouldn't have to show it I should just know but I want more affection. And when we first started dating he said he wanted someone who isn't gonna be afraid to show him affection and now when I bring it up to him and ask him how would he feel of it were the other way around and I didn't show him affection he just said honestly I wouldn't really care. Idk what to do. Like is he right I should know how how he feels? Or is affection necessary?

Even in different cities? Like does the riverside Toyota dealer use the same banks to finance customers as the Toyota dealer in San Bernardino for example. And if you get denied an auto loan at one is it possible to try a different Toyota dealer?

Saturday I went and applied for an autoloan at John elways crown Toyota in Ontario ca. My credit was good, score or 715. But I got denied because they told me banks can only finance you 15% if your monthly income. For example I make 1600 a month so 15% of that is around $275 so that's the highest payment possible that I could have. Which I've never heard of and I know people who finance by themselves that make just as much as me with 2 cars in their name and a mortgage. Is it possible that if I try another Toyota dealership maybe San Bernardino or riverside that they might finance me? I mean my credit is good, and I do not pay rent. Do all Toyota dealers use the same banks even in in different cities?? Is it possible that another dealer will finance me? I can afford a payment up to 450.

I have been a cosigner for an autoloan for 2 years now. And the owner and I have never missed a payment or paid late. Does being a cosigner give me auto loan experience? I'm looking to trade the car in and apply for a loan myself. Also I have multiple credit card and have never missed a payment or paid late on those either. And I have low balances. I'm seeing this guy I work with. We've been talking for about 3 months now. Everything is going good and it's kinda getting serious. We really like eachother, and our relationship has gotten intimate. He asked me to be his GDP and I turned him down and just wasn't ready. But were still going strong and feelings are becoming deeper. Everyone at work suspects we are Dating because we are seen around work alot but they don't know for sure. And I like it that way, but he takes it as i'm ashamed of it and he often feels dumb when I don't show him affection. But I tell him it's not like that, I just like my privacy and things just work easier when no one knows our business. And he says well they suspect something already it's the same as them knowing and I'd rather just act normal and show my affection outside of work and just deny deny deny while at work. I know we shouldn't date our Co workers because of situations like this, but sometimes it happens. Am I right or wrong in this? It's just when people know what's going on, they talk and spread rumors and it causes problems. Because some people may not approve and idk I'd targeting be between us. But he takes it the wrong way. When we talk we have good conversations and we laugh alot and poke fun at eachother and joke. We also work together. We haven't hung out outside of work yet. Also, I look really young, I look like I could be 17 haha so it's not like anyone would even know I'm older. Is that a big age difference? I don't really think so and he doesn't seem to care.

I know dumb question.. but I really wanna pierce my tragus. On both sides. But I heard it hurts so bad. And I'm scared it will. But I have had piercings before. I've had my bellybutton pierced twice and my finger pierced. I also have tattoos. I have a small one on my wrist, a decent sized one on the back of my neck and a large saying going down the whole side of my body and ribcage. Should I be ok with the pain of that piercing? And do they heal well? Thank you.
