So I haven’t sold my jewelry in a while, i put everything on hold for a while and Im trying to pick everything back up to make Some extra income. a lot of my earrings and necklaces i made a couple years ago have changed colors and need swapped out such as clasps, wires,pendants etc. i usually buy my supplies from a jewelry expo and the findings aren’t labeled so I need to be more careful and know what im buying.  I know the obvious of course-925 Sterling silver and gold. (Which i will definitely use down the road when i have the money, but it’s too pricey to do everything in that unfortunately) so... i would like to know what other metals are good and will hold up over time. I use very nice semi precious gemstones i have put a lot of money into over the years so i would like my jewelry to hold up over time as the beads do. I Would appreciate any advice and also if you know of places to order good quality supplies at good prices that would be helpful as well. Thanks so much!

My pharmacist, which is part of my hmo health insurance, called to tell me I’ve been taking the wrong medication. The label is written as the dr wrote my script but its the wrong pain medicine. I had been emailing my dr saying that I dont feel like the medicine is lasting long enough because Ive been in a lot of pain and can’t sleep. Both the medications are in the same class of drugs. But the one i was taking works for me and the other one barely works for a short period, it also makes my legs hurt more and makes me itchy. Im not sure if thats enough grounds to sue or not.

Due to an autoimmune disease I have severe chronic pain especially in my legs I can hardly be on my legs past 4 hrs a day and then they give out so exercising is painful and I am in severe pain the day after and dieting doesn't seem to be helping. Help?!?!

So my situation:3 weeks ago while I was out of town, my neighbor was taking my dog outside, another dog in the building, who doesn t live there, was off of a leash and ran down the stairwell after my dog ang got in her face, my dog bit their dog. the state of VA has a leash law. my dog was on hers, his dog was not,as usual, he was told by the manager of the building that his dog needs to be leashed. I have the 3 employees and my neighbor stating my dog was only defending herself, i need to know if am I liable? I don t need opinions I need real help please? im panicking

All i have ever wanted to do is travel.when i was younger i wanted to either join the peace corp or become a flight attendant but because of my health problems i cant do either.everything else i want to do job-wise i dont believe i can accomplish well enough without having the knowledge and the experience that i would gain by traveling the world,if that makes sense...any suggestions?

note:the reason i cant work on planes is because of my migraines,i can travel and be in pain but im not capable of working in the condition.the other thing is that i cannot walk around or stand for more than a couple hours a day. any ideas on how to accomplish my dream?

When I got home about 3 or 4 days ago I realized there was this baby turtle in my fish tank! My genius boyfriend and our roommate found a baby snapper its 3" at most.they found it under a car IN their mechanic shop.So they decided to bring it home and let it live with my fish and critters. I don't believe anyone should take a wild animal home to stick into a tank, and I don't think turtles can just live in water bc their shells get soft???so i put him in a glass tank half land half water tonight but im still really unsure,does it grow according to the size of its captivity?but most of all should i let it go? somewhere near a creek? I don't know where it came from bc there isn't much around there but businesses. with it being so young would it even survive with out a mother? and we have had him for 4 days so would he go into shock and not be able to be a normal and catch food to survive,especially without a mom or fellow turtle to help him?and we live in va and the weather just went from hot to cold in a week,so my concern is if he will still survive?or should we keep him til it gets warmer outside and let him go then.Any good advice would be grateful!thank you

If I was selling, for example a pair of shoes on ebay and a certain store was still selling them online and had just a generic picture, no model, just a reg pic of the shoes,would it be copyright if i used it on my ad?

I have always been wanting to learn to blow glass,there is a shop near my old house,the man that owned it let me sit in for a moment and watch him make some simple things.to have the studio to work in is $200p/h and you have to be certified to be able to do that and the places i found here and there are the same way,no way I could ever afford it.Im wondering if there are schools,college classes? that way i could get financial aid and school credits,i live close to dc but i wouldnt mind moving!any suggestions will be appreciated!

my boyfriend,of 2yrs,is losing his hair like crazy,all up top,it'll be like a C around his head or like dr phil.i know he gets self conscious when his friends or i say anything,and he just told me recently that hes not using the shampoo,he has always used bar soap?is that a cause or just genetic?we're not wealthy ive heard of treatment costing thousands that i know he would never do?suggestions

i have a major sweet tooth,teeth,I know its the #1 thing to cut out that'll help me lose weight .how much sugar can one have a day and not be overboard? i see a lot of low sugar or no sugar alternatives to a lot of different sweets,yogurt jello pudding ETC majority of them contain aspartame which is a problem because it triggers bad migraines! thank goodness I hate soda!

I have a disease/condition that wears me out i cant stand for more than 10-20mins at a time, i cant walk around the grocery store for more than that amount of time, if i do take my pain medication i can walk around for maybe 1-2 hrs max which is great BUT the next day would be extremely painful trying to get out of bed,to bend my legs,i do stretching.my diet is pretty healthy.from steroids i was on for major swelling for 6 months, left behind 50+pounds extra, I feel like im wearing a fat suit,its exactly like an inner tube or a donut around my belly and my thighs are huge! I have the mose awful stretchmarks all along my sides and all around my thighs, so is there a way to get rid of this mess without torturing myself, its getting really depressing that i cant fit into 90% of my clothes!!! my "condition" makes me swell i take water pills(lasix)2x day...help?

I wish my parents would have got me involved in studying abroad.I am 23 graduated high school and want to attend college but i want to travel around without being military, my family has never been outside the usa, i went to japan 3 yrs ago and it was amazing.so are there any programs that allow adults the opportunity?

It started about 5-6 yrs ago. I was in a long term relationship, when his sister was getting married my boyfriend went to the strip club just like all guys do. when i knew he was going i felt sick and had anxiety attack,and i cried the whole time,when he got home he told me he had a lap dance! i didnt want to touch him for days thats not ok to me, just because its inside a club its ok in society, if there was a girl in our house doing it i would break it off. eventually after a week maybe i was calmer about it....my next boyfriend also long term had never been and doesnt want to even if he had a bachlor party. Im Now w/a different guy-long term, now years later...today. Im faced again. this time im invited to go w my boyfriend and his coworkers, then next week is a bachlor party. So now im kind of overwhelmed. I dont like any of those girls **** and whatever in his face,and him staring at them,i dont know what to do, and i think 99% of my responses will say im being ridiculous. he always says he's broke and cant pay the tab or help me with anything,no flowers,bday gifts,NADA, but he's going to give $ to a bunch of strippers? 2 weeks in a row. I havent seen him very much either,we live together but he has been going to work then stays there for his own project so i dont see him from 7am til 2 am? so i want to spend time together but cant bc of his project but he will drop anything to go to a strip club. ok here is my issue, should i........... #1 try to distract myself at home freaking out or #2 face it and go check it out so maybe i would feel better and take my anxiety pills, but maybe it will be as bad as i thought? should i stay or should i go? have only like 4-5 hrs to make a decision,help! please

I am 22 and have had joint pain for years,i broke out with sores on my leg and dotors think it maybe sarcoidosis. The rhumetologist put me on the steroid prednisone. She said if i did gain weight it would be very little.now i have been on the meds for a month and i am 20 pounds overweight.none of my jeans or bottoms fit. only pj's. I feel so helpless,i was trying to lose weight before swim suit season and didnt make goal but 20 pounds later i cant get myself into one! I have been asked about 6x if iwas pregnant! anyone know the fastest way to lose this weight?I have weaned down from 4 pills to now 1 1/2.but my body is starting to swell from not taking them and my dotor has totally been useless and doesnt have an answer for anything. I want to be healthy, but the weight gain has seriously taking a toll on breathing,and moving in general, i feel like my skin is going to rip...help?

sorry this is so- longg but if you have an opinion please help me! here's the issue...my boyfriend's ex has been calling and texting him. I have been dating my current bf for almost a year. he knows it bothers me that she calls and leaves texts. he said he didnt want anything to do with her and never talks to her. I have talked to her SEVERAL times on how uncomfortable it made me feel. I have been pretty nice about it, asking her to stop call and texting my bf's for years, but she continues to do it. she is very sleezy and has slept with EVERY guy in town, and i live in a large population area. i have had been in about 5 relationships that were all serious long term. 4 out of 5 of the guys i have been with have all slept with her (which i had no idea of until later on in my relationships) her messages i feel are disrespectful, asking my bf to go out to dinner,movie,drinks. of course i am never invited. and as far as i know he doesnt see her and has no interest to b/c he knows i dont like her or trust her. she has no girlfriends because she sneaks around flirting with every girl's boyfriend. i have explained her way too many times how she needs to take a step back and realize what she's doing is wrong and that every girl i know has had the same issues with her flirting or trying to get with unavailable guys. my biggest concern is that a few years ago she had come to my (now ex boyfriend) house where i lived as well, for a party. of course she was his first and only girlfriend before me. i didnt like her at all but i get along with everyone and give them the benefit of the doubt. i then realized my bf and her were talking alone seperate from the party,when i approached them she walked away and not past me but through the back door where nobody goes to avoid me. i later found out that she was confessing her love for him and trying to beg him to get back with her, and found out that she kissed my (ex)boyfriend. in my house. She just split up with her boyfriend and texted my boyfriend yesterday saying "im in deep need of having drinks,what are you doing?im single now." she knows we live together and i think she does it just to make me upset and then the other day i answered when she called and finally blew up on her (which i have never done before, its just not my nature) i have no idea what to do, she caused so many problems with my ex and i's relationship. im not sure what to do about it anymore. I started to take anxiety medications about 5 years ago because everytime i am in a relationship she tries to wreck it and makes me so upset. i dont trust her at all, she does this to every girl i know.PLEASE help :(
