I am the senior technician at a Computer and Laptop repair Centre in southern Spain, I am English, with many years experience in computing stretching back to the 1980's. Sorry but I have had to make my list of answers private as sadly there are some who seem to enjoy using it to give a thumbs down to many questions answered (and from multiple accounts). All I can add to that is some people just need to get a life, jealousy will eventually just eat you up and spit you out. To those that appreciate the free time and wealth of experience we all give to answering your queries, it is appreciated that you mark the answer as the best to award the 10 points (not necessarily to my answer but the best you receive) and to those that appreciate the quality of some of the answers thank you for voting with a thumbs up correctly.
