Lets say I wanna pre-order a game now. I wont get the console to play it on til late May. How long do warranties last on video games? 30 days?

I ask because the last thing I want to do is spend my money on a game, wait months to get a console, and then something going wrong and the game not working and being unable to return it.

I want a new gaming console, Ive had my PS2 for 10 years now and while I love it, there are just some games that I really want that arent made for it.

Im saving up money for my birthday to buy myself either an Xbox360 or PS3. I would like your opinion to which is better and why.

Games I would play on it would be ones such as Saints Row 2, Far Cry 3, and the like.

Im doing a chemistry table for an assignment and Ive entered a 9.012 without problems but it keeps auto correcting my 24.305 into 24 and Ive already gone to tools to turn off the auto correct but its not helping. It still shows up as 24 in the column but as soon as I put my cursor in the box it shows the entire number.

How do I fix this?

A bitchy *** nurse was putting an IV in my mom a couple days ago and apparently hadnt seen enough pain in the ER that night, so inflicted more upon my mom who was already in excruciating neck pain. The b*tch burst my moms vein in her hand and didnt even say sorry!!!

I wanted to just cold cawk her off the chair.

Anyway, what should my mom do to heal it? Its been a couple days and its still swollen, extremely sore, and very bruised. Also, all of her other veins around the area are really inflamed. Shes 54.

I have a Verizon LG. The $20 phone from Walmart. Recently its not charging, and when it does its cause Ive fked with it for a numerous amount of time. Ive tried several different chargers and each have the same thing happen, I hear a clicking noise from the phone, charge light comes up for 2 seconds, another clicking noise, and boom it stops charging.

Its really wearing my patience thin. I have not recently dropped the phone but it started when I was laying on top of my charger cord and pulled my phone up (apparently a little too hard) and the charger snapped out of it. It was okay for a good 10 more charges after that, but now its just worthless almost.

I cant even begin to explain what it looked like. It was low to the ground like a squirrel and tan and gray in color and it SLITHERED across the fcking road. I was lucky enough to not hit it with the wheels of my vehicle and line it up with the middle so it went in between (no it didn't hit anything, I looked back and it was still....slithering).

I know it was an animal...but the way it moved. Wtf. My mom and I were legitimately stumped and freaked the hell out. This happened at about 11:30pm. No one else was on the road.

Any ideas?

Im 18, weigh 103 pounds, I take Orthern Tri-Cyclin Lo and I have for over a year now. Recently Ive been getting my period on my second week of the pills (I don't miss doses) and the period lasts for 3 weeks. Then I got a two week break and Im on my period AGAIN two weeks early and I know its gonna last 3 weeks again.

This is super frustrating because Im in a good amount of pain from cramping, I normally sleep 8-9 hours but Im still so tired during the day. I recently got over a UTI that I had for a month (long story). Im trying to make an appointment with the gyno but its 2-3 weeks til Ill get to be seen. Im getting dizzy when I stand up as well.

I had sex in June and after numerous tests Im NOT pregnant. So that's good. But I don't know what is causing this and its taking a toll on my school work.

Also, if it matters, I have endometriosis.

My desktop is royaly screwed. I have an Internet Security Pro virus that I cant seem to remove. I need some serious help.

I cant download ANYTHING so please dont suggest downloading software because it gets to 99% and then it says the file could not be downloaded.

I was contemplating on adding The Sims 2 University and The Sims 2 Pets expansion packs to my Sims 2 collection (already own Open for Business, Deluxe, and Seasons). But I heard University in particular had a ton of bugs. Is this still a problem? Are there patches for it that you could link me to?

So Ive noticed since I started going to my new hair dresser (been with her for about a year now) shes been giving me more split ends than Im coming with.

I only dye my roots every 3-6 months and I notice when I go in, even if its for a cut, she'll wash my hair and then brush it from top to bottom! No leave in conditioner or anything! When she does this tiny pieces of my hair start flying off and Im noticing more hair loss.

Should I switch hair dressers? Anyone know why a stylist who went to cosmo school would brush my hair from top to bottom? She knows how I am about my hair and Ive been trying to grow it out since Ive seen her, but more and more Im noticing lots of split ends.

I have thin hair, mid chest, Im also female, 17. Her and I are pretty good with each other and we are friends but it really freaks me out with how she brushes my hair.

Im female, 17 years old, and for the past year, almost every month Ive been in the hospital with pelvic cramping, abdominal bloating, vomiting, and abdominal cramps. This started September 2011 and happened every month, a couple days after my period ended, and finally stopped in February 2012 when I started birth control. From then I had a couple month break, but in April/May 2012 I started ending up in the hospital every month again.

They say the same thing every time, that a small cyst had ruptured and I have free fluid. Ive had CT scans, trans-vaginal ultrasounds, and pelvic exams done for these things. I don't understand why this keeps happening every month and why its making me this sick. Its extremely frustrating to get told the same thing over and over at the ER.

I just want to know if any of you girls have experienced this, what you did, how you prevented it or helped it. Because the BC Im on now I have to stay on, because it took me trail and error to finally find this one that worked for me. Ive been having this problem for over a year and Im not close to finding the source at all.

Okay so Im not a virgin, Ive only had one partner and its been over a year since Ive had sex. Ive been having cramping and such in my pelvis, sometimes so bad I get sick and end up in the hospital. When I was 16 I had my first trans-vaginal ultrasound, little uncomfortable, didnt hurt too bad.

This August I recently had one and I about came off the table. They had to stop for a good 10 minutes because I was crying, the pain was completely unbearable. They found cysts but thats about it, they never told me why it was so painful. It hurt so bad that I had to ice my pelvis for a week.

My gyno recently did a pap on me and is sending me for another ultrasound but I really want to refuse. I mean, I just had one the other month and I dont want to go through that pain again!!

My main question is, since the ultrasound is so painful, does that mean sex will be? Ive had sex in the past and it was just uncomfortable/same with that ultrasound, but Im not so sure with this last one being the worst pain of my life.

Also, what should I say to my gyno? Because I really dont want this done again.

Im 17, female, recently got a job and I cant have my piercing in, not even a clear one. So Ive had it pierced for about 3 years now and I was wondering if it would close up during a 4-8 hour shift?

Im really worried about it closing, so any tips on it to not close, or how long do you think it will take to close if it will close at all?
