Do they have PS2 controllers that switch the dpad and left analog stick?
The last time I played my nostalgic PS2 was almost ten years ago, and since then i ve been playing XBOX.
Do they sell, or have any custom controllers that just have the left analog in the spot of the dpad? It just seems weird having the left analog so low.
2 AnswersPlayStation5 years agoCan games run faster on an external HDD?
My INTERNAL HDD is about 5400 RPM, and the 1TB (internal is 500 gb) HDD runs at 7200 RPM, so technically, would all games run faster through the external hard drive because it has a higher RPM than my internal one?
2 AnswersAdd-ons5 years agoCan we travel underneath black holes? Is time distorted underneath black holes?
I've seen some diagrams about how the massive objects such as galaxies and stars "dent" in space, like they created some sort of "memory foam" and is imprinted in there because of their mass. So, if we were to travel under a massive star, bigger than the Sun, would time be different?
Also, I've seen how a black hole could be considered a "pit" in space, could we travel "underneath" it?
7 AnswersAstronomy & Space5 years agoCan light let us "see into the past?"?
I m having a bit trouble understanding how we can "see into the past". The light we see billions of lightyears away is what that galaxy, that star, or region of space looked like? Like, is the light arranged in that position when it left, and we only see the light from those objects? Now, when it reaches us, the light we saw won t be there anymore?
Basically, I m asking that the light we see billions of light years away is just the light those objects radiated, created, or reflected, so we only see their light, not the physical objects?
5 AnswersPhysics5 years agoSony Vegas not rendering at 60 fps?
My source file plays back smoothly in 60 fps when I recorded it (H.264 AAC @ 60 fps).
Even though when I right click the video file and select 'properties' and says the video is in 17 fps (???), it still plays at 60 fps. I recorded my desktop screen (nothing else) to test if it would record at 60 and play at 60.
When I imported the file to SV, I selected properties and put it at 720p and 60 fps, the same for when rendering. 1280x720 @ 60 fps. When I play the RENDERED file, I could see it hardly being even 30 fps, it's just really slow. I tried uploading it to Youtube for a test and even though there is a quality option for 720-60, it's much slower than the raw video after I recorded.
Does anyone know why the raw video is smooth at 60 fps but the rendered video is not, even when I set the correct settings to match the source file?

I might be getting this for the Holidays, and was wondering if their service is reliable and not faulty, and if it seems good enough.
1 AnswerDesktops5 years agoDo I need accidentals?
I'm writing a melody in the key of b harmonic minor, and wanted my anacrusis to sound like a sharp (it's in 3/8). Would I just write the note on A (and considering the signature is sharp it'd automatically be a sharp) or would I have to put a sharp next to the A regardless that there are the sharp symbols on the staff before the music starts?
2 AnswersClassical6 years agoMusic theory question!?
I have to write a quick melody in B (flat) harmonic minor as an assignment.
On the staff, I want my anacrusis to sound like an "E" but since this isn't a sharp key signature, wouldn't I write the "E" on the "F" line? Like, since everything is "flat", would the F sound like an E?

Yesterday I was walking out of my room (15 years) and I was startled by my parent's voice that I quickly strained and jerked my foot as I was running downstairs.
Now the center of pain is on the inside of my left foot and the pain originates from my heel. When I press on it only the inside of the foot seems to hurt. I can barely walk, only on my toes as they aren't affected.

1 AnswerSoftware6 years agoWhat does this dream mean?
I had this dream a few hours ago. I have these dreams maybe once every few months or so, not the same, but they have the same conflict. I am inside a house, random houses, sometimes with company. This dream I had this morning had that same conflict. Yes, while there was a primary conflict, there is always a second one while dreaming about being inside a house.
Darkness.
In these house dreams, there is an overly usual amount of light switches inside a house. I need to turn them on so there is no darkness. I always see darkness in houses, or sometimes the lights will AUTOMATICALLY darken for a few minutes, upon being alerted by my parents in the dreams, then will light back up again.
In this recent dream, my parents were sort of angry because I was experimenting, which lights I didn't need and which one was most luminous to light up the entire house.
I mean, it wasn't CRAZY pitch black dark, it was like, when you have a TV on in your room and the lights were off.
What does this mean?

3 AnswersAstronomy & Space6 years agoIs it good if my infection drains BLOOD?
This is like an oddly shaped boil, i've had it for 2 days. Ocassionally, pus will come out, sometimes with and without blood, but mostly blood.
Is that okay if it is blood?
2 AnswersSkin Conditions6 years agoWorm shaped lump on inner thigh?
I sent a picture to my doctor and he says that it is an infection. I am only 15, overweight, and this morning after removing the bandage after applying hot compress and bactroban or something similar, it didn't look like it popped, it looked sort of bursted, like a big hole, not deep, but looks like it bursted.
1 AnswerSkin Conditions6 years agoIngrown Hair or Boil?
About two days ago I found something like tender, red, no pus, but a bump like a boil on the inner side of my thigh (near groin).
Today, another one formed, but its not circular, its like, I don't know, rectangle.
On that weird one beside the main boil/ingrown hair I see like lines dividing up the boil thing.
Also to mention, I'm overweight and have stretched skin over there.
Could those "lines" just be hair that is ingrown?
