So there was some wood on the ground, and without realizing, I stepped on a nail and it went completely through the shoe and came right into the center of the arch of my foot. It is a very small petrusion and it bled very little. I don't think it went too deep, just the tip. But I can't put pressure on it, and it hurts to wiggle or curl my toes, feel like a muscular pain.
