OK so, ive had my braces off for about 2 months and I've been wearing my retainers as normally required. The only problem is someone threw away my top retainer at lunch.I freaked out so much!!!!This was on a Tuesday and my orthos don't reach my side of town until next Tuesday! My question is how long do i have before my teeth begin transitioning into their initial form? Please answer, and Thank you in advance!

Ok I started my period last year in May. they were very irregular and i didn't have any signs or symptoms as to when they arrive. Well now nothing has changed. they are still irregular and there are still no warning signs as to when i should prepare for it. Also I'm not able to track my period. it takes less than a month for it to come back,but not on a set date its always different.. is it normal to for this to happen even after a year?? (oh yeah i am 14 yrs. old)

I got my braces about 5 days ago and my teeth are killing me! The pain is excruciating and unbearable! I haven't eaten anything since they were put on.I read a few of the answers about the pain and none of them describe mine.Some say it only takes about 2-3 days for the pain to go away, but it hasn't got better, it has gotten worse!! My teeth feel like the are being yanked and tugged by giant pliers.It hurts so bad I even cried a few times.... ok a lot, but I just don't know what to do. I'm in so much pain and I'm really hungry(lol)..... PLEASE HELP ME WITH ANSWERS!! thanks in advance(:
