It seems every bra I own is uncomfortable, no matter how I adjust it. Even sports bras hurt me. Everything is the correct size, they just weigh down on my neck, shoulders, and upper back too much. (I did have back surgery years ago). I have a cami with a built in bra, but it only looks right under certain tops. I've been trying out sticky bras, and they're not too bad. Any ideas/experiences from women who regularly go without a normal bra on?

Assuming that you all are not already in close proximity (you don't live in the same house or town, don't go to work or school together, etc..)

This is a dream that I've had maybe around 3 times over the course of my life so far.

*When I first had the dream I was younger, so I don't have as many details. I just remember laying facing upwards in the front pew in the sanctuary. Then a man with a long sword plunged it through my chest.

*The most recent dream of it, I was running up/downstairs in the church, holding a piece of paper with who-knows-what on it, running away from the men chasing me. I make my way to the sanctuary. Where the preacher stands, on the floor, there is a secret compartment, with another secret space inside that. I open both doors, lay down inside, then close them to hide. The men open the doors (found me). I assume one of them is a priest, the one I think that uses the sword in my heart this time.

*In a version of this dream that my sister had one night, the same details play out as before. Except she's shouting at them not to kill me. To which they reply "it's okay, she agreed to let us do this". Aside from being scared, it does kind of seem like I let them do it in the end. Like I'm a sacrifice or something o_o

I worked as an associate in the clothing department one summer and enjoyed it. I was thinking about working there again until I find a better opportunity.. might try cashier or a different department this time though. Any suggestions based on experience?

If so, how long did you do it for & how much money did you make?

How long do you need to stick with it to eventually make a living wage? (a year, 2-5 years, etc.?)

One of the deadlines is in March. Although I've seen a few that are Dec/January.

I'm most interested in the school with the March deadline, and I will probably only have time to take the GRE once. I definitely want to attend college this coming academic year, I don't want to wait... I've already been out of undergrad for 1-2 years now. I shouldn't have gotten such a late start, but I've been in the process of deciding what I want to do with my life and finally made up my mind.

I've had a sore throat for over a week now. I have no other symptoms right now except for a slight cough. Any suggestions for what it might be or what I can do about it?

It hurts a lot, but I can't see a doctor since my new health insurance isn't effective until the 1st of September :(

My bachelor's degree is in Psychology, so a graduate degree would make more sense. Plus I could probably get more financial help in the form of a teaching or research assistantship / tuition remission.

But to be honest, I enjoy solitary clerical work, too. It pays almost as much in the long run, and the program would only be 3 years full-time (since I already have all pre-reqs out of the way).

Both field interest me. To be honest, I feel like Psychology interests me more. But I am also a shy person, and I've been told this might not be the best career option.

There's no pain, it's just EXTREMELY annoying and awkward to not be able to hear out of it.

It's been at least 3 days. I'll see a doctor if I have to, but I wanted to find out if there are any home remedies to try first. Has anyone had this happen to them before and been able to fix it?

I'm 22 and have had 5 jobs. 2 were summer jobs while I was home from college. 1 was seasonal. One I quit. And the most recent one they let me go from. None of them are more than two months in duration... the ones that are most recent and are applicable to other jobs I'm applying for, I only held for one month. All of these short term jobs are going to look REALLY bad but that's all I have for now. What should I do?

I graduated with a bachelors degree already. After graduation though, my college came out with a new minor that I'm really interested in. Would I be able to go back for just the minor? Would I receive the same type of financial aid for it?

In your own experiences, observations of others, or just a guess based on knowledge of the signs. Doesn't matter.

I've always been told that I look kind, sweet, innocent, etc... I mean, I don't make myself look like a slut or anything.

I've tried dating outside my race, religion, age group, everything... but every time I meet a guy and get to know him, it's like they focus on nothing but sex. Whether I do or don't give it to them. It doesn't seem to matter.

I was with a guy 5 years and he never married me. He just started talking to me and going on real dates LESS and making MORE sexual advances. I went on a date the other day (a 1st date) and he was trying to kiss and touch me. The next day he asked for a pics of my boobs and wanted to sext (neither of which were going to happyen).

What gives?!

I went on an interview, and I feel like it went really well. They told me they would have a decision in 1-2 weeks, so that's when I contacted them to ask about it. They said they're a month out on filling that position (they're super busy). It just seems like SO LONG to wait for a decision. And I need to know so I can start saying "yes" to other jobs if I didn't get it (I'm REALLY trying to hold out for this one though). Is there anything I can do to have them speed up their process, or do I just have to suck it up and wait?

Would I have to fill out the fafsa once or twice during the program?

It's a Master's program. One class a month, for 12 months. Rolling admissions, but the date I choose to start is June 1st.

I've only ever been to college for the normal "semester" academic years where you have August-December and then January-May. So the financial aspect is a bit confusing when looking at other options.

I didn't remember until today that I had business cards with their contact info on them. It's been an entire week.

Would it be okay to send an email saying thanks for your time and I will call in about a week if I don't hear back by then. (I would say it more professionally than that though, obviously).

They seemed like a small, laid back Christian company so I don't think they would mind...I just want a 2nd opinion.

(That pay at least 30k/year). And for the record, I am in the process of overcoming my shyness. I just need recommendations for jobs that wouldn't make me so nervous that I end up wanting to kill myself, like my last job. All the "introvert careers" lists out there revolve around math, science, technology, art, or animals. Sadly, I'm not interested in or good at any of those. I'm interested in more of a people-oriented and/or clerical job, but something that pays a livable wage.

I was at a law firm assistant job that was great, other than they had me calling people on the telephone constantly, which I HATE. The crushing anxiety made me quit.

And why.

1. Masters in International Counseling Psychology (in-person, located very far away from home)

2. Masters MBA or HR (online)

I have an undergrad degree in Psychology. I aced most of the classes. I have excellent empathy and listening skills & love helping others.

I am also a very routine organized person though who enjoys repetitive, simple, even boring clerical tasks and utilizing my very fast typing skills.

Psychology research assistant, admin assistant at a mental health agency, human resources, any other ideas? Or would any of these options be a good fit?
