i used to be pretty hardcore into lifting but tore some tendons and had to have surgery, i'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to get back into it without going too hard too fast. i'm sure fellow weight lifters know how hard it is to not go right back into your same routine, but i'm afraid that if i do i'll end up tearing stuff again.....

i'm looking in to buying a new shotgun, my last one was a shotgun that my father had given me that he had owned since he was in his 20's. living in upstate new york i use it primarily for deer hunting. i've never looked at buying a new gun so i dont know what to look for or which ones are considered quality.
