So I was working out a muscle That I don't think gets a lot of reps. Afterwards I notice that the muslce is having constant spasms. I don't know much about working out and I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on what is happening and whether or not the spasms are a good thing.

I know I can turn photos into slides, but is there a way of changing slides into photos?

I know that Monounsaturaded fats are considered "Good" While Saturated and trans fats are considered "Bad". But I am wondering what polyunsaturated fats are considered. Are they good considering the fact they are still UNsaturated?

I was under the impression that water dilutes liquid. I was under the impression that if you have a glass of water between each glass of alcohol you would end up drinking less, and therefore having a less chance of a hangover. I'm 19 and never had a drink in my life. So when I said this to someone, they said that it's dangerous. They said that if I poured one shot of tequila into a gallon of water, I would now have a whole gallon of tequila.

How should I price my images? I had someone purchase an 8x10, and unsure how much to charge them. And how much should I charge hourly for a photo shoot/editing process?

I am trying to practice Nude Study photography. My model is over 18. Where can I get a form for her to sign that says "This model is over the age of 18 at the time of the picture"? I do not plan selling them or posting them to flickr at any time. I just want to make sure myself and my model are protected, should the unexpected occur.
