  • Has Sania Mirza retired from Singles and just playing Doubles?

Does anyone know has Sania Mirza retired from Singles and just playing Doubles now a days or she going to start playing Singles again full time in 2013? She hardly played Singles in 2012 and it wasn't due to injury because she played a lot of Doubles.

  • How can Littlewoods do a credit check on customers?

All you give Littlewoods when you open an account is your name and date of birth. No pps number or identification. Is that enough to do a credit check? Surely there is people out there with the same name and date of birth.

  • What's your thoughts on David Nalbandians behaviour in the Queens Final?

Personally I thought he was an absolute disgrace, and as for his interview afterwards, where he blamed the ATP for making him play too many tournaments and putting him under too much presure, the tournament organisers for stopping play just because he kicked and took a chunk out of the linesmans leg, that the rule book was too big and that these things just happen in the heat of the moment in a match, the interview and excuses where even worse. Never had a problem with Nalbandian before this, always kind of cheered for him because he is in the latter stages of his career and never really fulfilled his potential but have now lost all respect for him, he was a disgrace and should be ashamed. Wouldn't expect those kind of actions and behaviour from a junior, never mind a veteran professional tennis player. Whats everyone elses opinion of what happened?

  • How did 18 year old Annika Beck win 2012 Roland Garros Junior title if she is 18 Years old?

I thought a junior is someone who is under 18 years of age. I've seen a few 18 year olds in the juniors and was just wondering if anybody knows what the age limits are for grand slam junior events and if the age limits are the same at all 4 grand slams?

  • Can my fishtank be repaired?

I have a 3 foot by 1 and a half foot tank. A couple of years ago I was moving it into the bath and dropped it and there was a little chip/crack on the bottom and I was able to get it repaired. I have my fish tank in my bedroom and last week I was getting new carpet put down so I got my friend to help me move it and he dropped it and the whole bottom pane of glass is completely smashed. It's only the bottom pane of glass that is broke, the rest of the fish tank is fine and I was just wondering if its possible to get just the bottom pane replaced or if this now means that it is unrepairable and I need to get a new fish tank? I live in Ireland by the way and if anybody knows where I could get it fixed that would be a great help? Thank you.

  • How exactly does a hot towel shave work?

If I shave with a normal razor, to keep a clean shaven look I have to have a shave everyday. Does a hot towel shave last longer? Like if you had a hot towel shave how long would the clean shaven look last? Like how long would it be before you'd have to have another shave?

  • Can anyone make sense of the women's game at the moment?

Henin having played 2 tournaments this year in which she reached the final of the 1st and had match points before losing to reigning US Open champion Clijsters and then reached Aussie Open final and loses a close match to S.Williams and then loses to Dulko, Clijsters loses to Kleybanova, Azarenka loses to Martinez-Sanchez who is on a run at the age of 30 having never won anything spectacular in her career to date, Kuznetsova loses to Suarez-Navarro, Sharapova loses to Zheng, Jankovic who has been in terrible form all year somehow scrape's past errani in round 3 in a match that lasted nearly 3 hours that she probably should have lost and then plays Peer who has been in really good form all year and would be the favorite in the match based on form and Jankovic wins 6-2 6-2, Li loses to Baltacha who is then beaten in the next round 6-0 6-2 by world no138 Alicia Molik. Am I the only one scratching my head at these results or can anybody else make sense of them?

  • Why is Justine playing so bad in the Final at the moment?

She's getting hardly any first serves in and putting herself under pressure and and trying to attack Serena's second serve but missing too many at crucial times. I think after missing so many serves and returns at least just put them in the court. Do you think its maybe nerves?

  • Does anybody know anything about Justine Henin comeback?

The last I heard was just after Kim Clijsters made her comeback in Cincinnati there were rumors that Justine Henin was training hard and people were speculating that she may make a comeback as soon as the Australian Open next year but I know WTA rules mean that she would have to announce her comeback 3 months beforehand by the start of October but I havn't heard anything since. Has anybody else heard anything?

  • Amy Winehouse's voice?

How amazing is her voice? I just saw a video of her on youtube performing 3 songs with no back up singers or band, just a bloke with a guitar, and she sounded amazing. Most so called artists (superstars) of today are nothing without a band or big shows going on behind them to back them or somebody to write there number 1 singles for them and if you take away all the backround stuf and just gave them a mic and sent them up on stage to sing they'd probably sound no better than the winner of the karoke comp in my local pub, but this girl doesn't need any of that, its not looks that got her where she is its just sheer talent. Amazing!!! Anybody agree?

  • The current women's game?

Everybody's entitled to their opinion so please don't bite my head off if you don't agree with mine. I've been a fan of women's tennis for a long time, over the past few years I've loved watching great players like Henin, Serena, Capriati, Venus, Clijsters, Hingis, Davenport, Sharapova, Seles, Mauresmo and the great rivalry's and matches that have been produced. However I think the women's game at the moment is poor, the coveted number 1 in the world position swapping hands between inconsistent players, most of whom have never won a Grand Slam and who are most likely not going to be remembered as greats of the game. I think the Williams Sisters are great players at their best and true greats of the game so don't take this the wrong way but their not the force they once where and they only need to turn up at the Slams and play at about 70% and they'll easily beat the best their is at the moment. Justine Henin was about the only player in the last few years who could match the Sister's on the big stage and with her gone and Sharapova injured. I think the game is really poor at the moment, does anybody agree?

  • Will Sharapova's comeback in January be successful?

How successful do you think it will be? How well do you think she'll do next year?

  • Is anybody else missing Justine Henin?

Think back to last year and the Williams Sisters coming back on to the tour and Serena talking about how she's the best in the world and she's getting back to the top because she's the best and then running into Justine in 3 high quality matches in Grand Slams and being firmly put in her place by a better player on three different surfaces and then making excuses about how Justine just won cause she was lucky, and how she routinely beat players like Jankovic, Ivanovic, Safina, Kuznetsova and Dementieva, players who in her absence are now challenging for the number one spot. How she played that amazing high quality match at the WTA championships against Sharapova and overall how dominant and better than the rest she really was. I watched a Semi Final match at US Open today between Jankovic and Dementieva and watched Jankovic do nothing more than defend against Dementieva and wait until Dementieva made an error which Dementieva did over and over again. The women at the top just aren't as good, as consistent or have the variety of heart that she. Does anybody agree?
