I have been taking pain medication for about 2 years now, since major surgery. Up until about 5 months ago, it was prescribed. My friends take it too, and I get it from them, because I just feel so sick and weak without it. That's how I know it's an addiction.

I am currently 22 weeks, and need to stop because I am almost into my 3rd trimester. I wanna do this on my own. How did anyone stop using without rehabs?

It's a real big problem, I am scared to lose my boyfriend because everytime I try and stop, I get so moody, and say horrible things and fight with him.. please help.

I know unemployment is really picky, so I need some help.

I am a manager for A&W/Long John Silvers. We are privately owned. Well my boss is going broke because our business is absolutely slow. He has cut all crew members down to one and two days until they quit. And now my hours have been cut to 2 days. (12 hours). Thats like my gas money, not even worth it. Am I eligible for unemployment if I quit?

Keep in mind I am an expecting mother, so please don't tell me to stick with this job, or to find another because its way hard.

I am currently 11 weeks Pregnant. I have been on Percocet and Vicodin for kidney stones and infections and various other things. Since being pregnant obviously a doctor won't prescribe it. Well I've come to find out Im addicted because I get so sick when I don't take it, and just stay in bed and sleep. I have been getting them from friends and other people lately to satisfy my needs, but I am worried about it hurting the baby.. When I take them, it's only one dose every few days...

I currently take Darvocet as I heard it is not as strong as percocet, and it works a little bit.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Or any advice?

I just found out im about 6-7 weeks pregnant.. all I do is sleep and sleep and get horrible headaches. I feel like doing the smallest task is so exhausting.. I felt this way before I found out as well.. any advice? I just feel so lazy!

Ok - This guy I have been seeing for a little while now, I am taking him home to meet my parents. I am also cooking dinner...

any ideas of what to cook?

I want to start tanning, I am very pale. How often and how many minutes should I start with?

ALso, I just got sunburned, should I wait until that is gone before I start going?

Recently 3 young people in my town died... car accidents. One of which was my good friends only brother.

Lately I have been having really bad dreams about people I know dying.. and even sometimes me (and the dream is in like 3rd person)..

When I am driving, I always fear getting in an accident and dying....

It just kind of got me thinking that anyone could be gone without notice.. and it's really got me fearing life...

I cry and cry for no reason.. well the reason is about the above mentioned things..

How can I get over this fear of me and my loved ones dying?

Ok--- just got out of a long relationship last month, so I am a little rusty on the "going on a date" thing.

This guy asked me to dinner and a movie.. but now he is asking, do I wanna eat before the movie, or after the movie?

I was thinking eat afterwards so we could talk about the movie.....

I currently interviewed for a position as a cashier part-time (I work full-time for the government). The initial interview went well, and I passed the test.

The assistant manager was pretty young, and we joked around through out the interview. He said I did great, have excellent skills, and will be hearing from the store manager 24-48 hours later to schedule a follow-up interview.

Well... its been 3 days. I called them up, and the store manager came on and scheduled a second interview with me.

Does my persistance make me look interested? Or just annoying?

OK- Recently I have come into financial trouble. I owe 993 dollars to a credit card, and my bank account has become negative 283 dollars (80% of it is overdraft fees).

I need to apply for a loan. I heard you only get loans if your credit is good. Last time I checked my score was 630. It may have gone down with this new debt I have gotten myself into.

I am 18 years old, does it seem likely to get a loan?

Ok, so I colored my hair about 4 days ago. I still have hair dye on my skin (like behind my ears)... I am scrubbing everyday, and it's not really coming off.

Any suggestions on how to get it to come off? I have tried regular soap, dish liquid and body wash.

OK-.. I am 18 and work for a government contractor (supporting the military.) as an administrative assistant. I currently have my nose pierced.. and really want my lip pierced. Although there is no policy that says I can't, it may appear unprofessional.

Do you think they would find a different/petty reason to fire me to uphold the professionalism of my workplace?

I don't want to do anything to jeopardize my job.. any suggestions?

OK- I have had my puppy since he was 12 weeks old, he is around 6 months now. I just moved out of my parents house into a place of my own. I am finding that I don't have enough time to spend with my puppy.

Here is his schedule....

Playtime 6-8am

Stays in the Crate 8-12pm.

Playtime- 12-12:45pm

Stays in Crate - 12:45-5:15pm

Playtime 5:15-9pm

Stays in crate all night until the next morning

Does this sound like enough playtime? As much as I would love to keep my puppy and as much as I love him, I want to do what's best for him. A lady offered to buy him, and she is a stay at home mom, and said I could visit anytime. But it's so hard to give him up :-(

WHen I lived at home my family assisted in letting him out for more playtime, but now that's not the case.

Dog owners, does this seem like enough time for him, or should I give him up to someone who has the time?

I have been thinking long and hard for the past 2 years to join the navy. The timing seems right, and I am going to see a recruiter to discuss my options and what not.

What are the pro's/con's of joining the navy? I want to get a list together before making my final decision.

The only con's I can think of are hating my job, and missing my family. But the thought of job stability, and learning new skills, and what not I like..

Experienced people would be great.

I currently give my dog canine carry-outs when he behaves, are this alright for him? Or are they very unhealthy?

I currently have my little yorkie mix eating Science Diet, as told so by my vet. He hardly touches it, and his poop isn't very solid and healthy looking. I have read that it isn't good for him at all, and I didn't know it contained corn! I am looking to switch.

I haven't heard much about Wellness dog food, but have read a few reviews about it. Anyone else use it? Is it a good food for my puppy?

Ok, after extreme issues at home, I had to find a new place to live. I moved in with my friend, and her mother. There place is huge, and I am occupying their basement apartment. The only thing they do down there is laundry. Her mom is always away on vacations and trips, so it's basically just me and my friend.

I work a full-time job, 8-5 Mon-Fri. My friend has never worked a day in her life. She stays up ALL night, and sleeps all day. She wakes up at like 2pm everyday. Well I have been living there for 3 days, and haven't gotten any sleep because she keeps me up. She is also very lazy.

My main question is, how can I ask her nicely or tell her that I need to go to sleep at night so I won't be real tired at work?

I don't want to be mean cuz I have to live with her and don't want her to have an attitude with me, or treat me crappy.
