I have a 1999 ford explorer sitting for four months with the battery disconnected while I pulled the Shift linkage / Shift cable and replaced w/used parts. The problem I am having now is that when I attempt to start the vehicle it looses all power and will regain power by opening and closing the hood. The vehicle is equipped with a OME anti-theft device. I have charged the battery and it still looses power for no reason when I attempt to start the engine. The most that will happen is the starter will click and then the power goes out on the SUV. No error codes are registering on the hand held.

Can a debt collect pay on the account to keep it active to escape from becoming time barred debt? I recently moved and am being sued because the account in question was paid on by the debt collector. I am still trying to find out if the debt is in fact mine, I was deployed at the time when the account was opened up and have no record a account. The account from what I can tell was opened in NC and I recently moved to AZ. Under NC law, it states three years to sue on debt owed, but in AZ, the law goes out to 6 years. What gives??? Any agency I can contact to help out would be great.

I moved Last year and I have a company attempting to collect Time barred debt under another states law, then I moved in search of work and then the company attempted to file. The states involved is the state of NC which is 3 years and the State of AZ is 6 years. See the complications.

Group of Bullies is harassing my children while they play in the front yard, bullies will trespass onto my property. Ages of the bullies are around the same age as my kids, parents have been told and warned that there children’s behavior must stop. No trespassing signs are posted and as I said the other parents have been told and warned of these activities. I am considering taking my truck to Roush or Ford racing to put dual exhaust, a stage 2 cold air intake, and Tonneau Cover. Is there anything else I do without supercharging my truck.

I just bought/moved and my hot water is pretty hot coming out of the sinks, but in the tubes it is not as hot as I would like it to be. The previous owner told me that the tubes are equipped with a anti-scold type device, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to adjust this?

2003 Ford Expedition

Noise is rhythmic knocking originating from the panel when vehicle is not in motion and can be felt on the panel

I drive a 2003 Ford Expedition, there is a wierd thumping sound coming from the rear passanger side tire. You can feel it when you place your hand above the tire on the rear panel. I am puzzled by it. Its not a constant sound, and comes and goes. I am thinking its a hydrolic line, but I don't think it would cause such a sound.

I recently transferred my Child support case from one state to another. The original court order was through the state of NC, but I had moved from NC to Texas and had it transferred there. I had recently moved back from NC. In doing so the State of NC, more preciesly the case worker has made several mistakes on the case which has lead to no child support payments due to the case workers math. Can she be held accountable for any money that was taken out of my retirement account in order to make up the difference due to the lack of child support payments. I had notified the case worker several times of her mistakes but she has been unwilling to acknowledge that she had made any and insists that no child support is owed

It about time for Americans to celebrate the historic Boston tea party with a protest of our own. It won't be as radical or juvenile as our ancestors did. I would encourage every one to phone, email and protest on April the 15th. All those who find themselves in disagreeing with the government economic and social actions should protest. We will make our cases by closing our businesses, staying out of work and protest. This message will have a profound effect, sending a clear message to those who were elected to represent the people of this nation, not there own special interest. If we are able to have a 25 million people do this, The current administration would be held to the same fear they have been attempting to enforce on million of Americans. Yes I know you "won" you can also be impeached as well.
