gaining muscle, not losing weight?
I am trying to lose weight and have been religiously been lifting and running 6 days a week. I also have started eating better. I have not lost any weight at all even though I run 15+ miles a week. I have taken hydroxycut before and had mixed results. What else can I do? Is it because I am gaining muscle that my weight is not going down?
