p.s. My experiment is:

Investigation into the rate of reaction between Oxalic Acid and Potassium Permanganate (VII)

- i changed the concentration of both reactants

-i changed the concentration of both reactants

- i added a catalyst to the experiment

- i added a catalyst and chanegd the temperature at the same time.

Hiya guys.. basically the lowdown is that when my bf is asleep in bed next to me he shouts and swears and punches and kicks me. You can hold a conversation with him in his sleep too and it will make perfect sense. he is DEF asleep!! Please help me as I am having to retreat to the settee/other room to sleep, and then i feel lonely.

Hi. Right, bascially im doing my A Level Chem c/w and I am a bit of a dumbass.

Can you explain to me how to work out how to make up solutions of different concentraitions. I need to make:

Potassium Manganate (VII) using Potassium Permanganate in : 0.001 mol dm3, 0.0009,0.0008,0.0011,0.0012,0.0013,0.0014 mol dm3

I also need to make:

Oxalic Acid in: 0.1mol dm3,0.09,0.08,0.07,0.06,0.05,0.04mol dm3

I need to make enough of each to do 10 experiments per concentration, assuming that a burette can hol 50cm3

Please please please please please help me... cos i need to start making these solutions on Monday.

Heya. I am doing my chemistry coursework on the reaction between potassium permangate and oxalic acid - and i am looking at the difference that changing the concentrations of the oxalate ions and manganate (vii) ions will have to the reaction, and also changing the temperature of the reaction, and the catalysts in the reaction. I have found out that it is a autocatalytic reaction, but i dont know what the catalyst is? is it the carbon dioxide or not? please can someone help me becuase i am going out of my mind with worry!!

what concentrations do i need to try for the oxalate and the pott perm? and what temperature range should i use - and how do i change the temperature(seeing as i am doing a titration?!)

Please help! My laptop is running really slow, and i have cleared out loads of iles and it is still running slowly. I have done a virus check, and i have gotten rid of loads.. but its still slow! Also i managed to delete my msn.migi files of my laptop... so now i cant get on msn... any idea where i can get them again? Sami xxx
