Our car was totaled by a family member, but the stickers were not up to date. The car IS insured, and we have 'accident forgiveness' as well on that car. The accident was not her fault, she was turning into a business and was rearended by a cattle truck. What does this all mean? (I know every situation's different, I just cant find any info about the stickers)

A friend of mine and myself (both stay at home mommas) want to start a very small home based business. Some of the products we'd like to sell are Kawaii and SunBaby cloth diapers, Baby Legs, and other baby accessories as our little community has very high intrest in these products, but no where to buy them.

We were planning on purchasing these items in bulk from Ebay, and also directly from said companies when they have huge bulk sales. Our question is, do we need to ask permission to sell their products? They're going to be given full credit (no products will be altered at all).
