i want to make a floating device out of recycled plastic containers. i want to know how many cubic feet of air it would take to float say 100lbs

1996 pontiac bonneville, started sputtering and quit,(like i ran out of gas the gauge doesn't work) it would still start and run but only for a few seconds and it was sputtering. i added gas still wouldn't run, i checked to see if i was getting gas to the fuel rail and i wasn't, is it most likely the filter?

96 Bonneville has very little breaks, pads look fine how do i tell if it is the master cylinder, or the break booster?

there is a small amount of fluid on the front of the booster where the master Cyl. is attached.

break fluid is full and doesn't appear as if im loosing much

i have a cell phone i don't use and 2 batteries (and a 6volt sealed beam head light from a tractor i think) i want to turn it all into a lighting system for my sons go cart!

but what i need to know is what is the third connection on the battery for they show the + and - on the 2 outside connections but the middle doesn't

and will this compromise the batteries in any way that may cause danger

how would i build a home made voltage regulator or charging system? i have a small electric motor with a sprocket on it. i know a motor will make DC if you spin it like a dynamo, or alternator but how do i keep it from damaging a battery (or would a capacitor work with out a battery) im just looking to keep the lights from going dim while idling or at low rpm?

can any one help me?

i live in MI and we do home repairs now she passed a law that says we cant do any jobs over $600 with out a state license to build. jobs like tile and minor repairs our state is already the last in the usa but she is making it more expensive to maintain your property that is loosing value! so who thinks she needs to go back to canada?
