  • My dog is lethargic, hot, and shaking all over?

My 9 year old beagle has been shaking constantly, is very hot all over, and is pretty lethargic. He came home from the kennel on Wednesday and hasn't seemed to have a lot of energy since. He usually loves to play chase and is completely food driven. Today however, he won't get up except to go to the bathroom and doesn't really want food. He is up to date on all of his shots. Last night he threw up blood after 4 or 5 bones that were accidentally left out. He has never done that before. Does anyone know what could be the problem? Thank you!

  • Good running plan for an out of shape soccer player?

I have played soccer for two seasons now, and last season I really struggled with getting extremely tired in games. I am really out of shape and can only run a half mile without stopping:( I play midfielder/halfback and am 13. What would be a good running program for me to use during the summer to get ready for fall soccer. Thank You!!

  • How to get into better shape for soccer?

I have played soccer for about a year, but during the winter when there is a break, I got really out of shape. I have two practices a week, and one game. We run anywhere from half a mile to a mile in practice plus scrimmaging and drills. During games however, I always get tired really fast and have side cramps. What can I do to fix this? I usually play midfielder. Also, I am a rather slow player and would like to get faster. How would I accomplish this? Thank you!
