I am a recruiter for a company in Florida and we have made the move to virtual employees for inbound and outbound sales (primarily). My question is if anyone has any strategies to find applicants INSIDE THE US that has worked for them and if so, what are they? need some help. the obvious choice is forte but lets see if anyone else thinks differently.
