I heard that you get a certain amount of chances to try and pass the CaHSEE and after you use up those chances you have to pay to take the test again.
Is this True?

I'm 16, 5'8", 2?? lbs. (trying to stay above 201), over weight but pretty good, and am into the sport of boxing. I've been trying to figure out how to register as an Amateur boxer but haven't had any luck. If anyone can tell me how I can register as an Amateur Boxer and also how I can register for Amateur bouts, I'd really appreciate it. A list would also be nice.
