my dog got loose for the first time (we do have a leash law) & a car hit/ran him over. other people stopped & got the license plate number. the police had the person return to the scene of the accident. my dog suffered from a broken femur/hip. is the car responsible?? thanks for any input.

I've heard that there is "nothing" to do. I at least thought that low dose steroids could help. I can't see how having mutliple back surgeries w/plates & bars is the only answer. Thanks for any input.

I thought that say you make 100,000/yr.....the first 35,000 would be taxed at 15%, then from 35,001-70,000 at 20% & so forth??? Any smart tax people out there to shed some light? thanks.
