How do you maintain the correct focus when you are doing a forced perspective shot? Like when Gandalf and Frodo are talking across the table in The Lord of the Rings movie and Elijah Wood is farther away from the camera to appear smaller. How can both Elijah Wood and Ian McKellen both be in focus in the shot?
