2 AnswersPhotography8 years agoWhy can't I ask a real Yahoo person a question?
You say:
"Yahoo! Staff are here to help!" I can't believe that. Where are you? Where is the button to click on to get real help?
I posted a question a few days ago. No one answered it. I finally stumbled on the answer myself. I wrote the answer by editing the question. In the meantime, someone posted that they had wondered the same thing.
Today I received the email below. The ENTIRE Yahoo community--one person, or, probably something automated--has picked the one response to my question. The response was not an answer. It was the person who said they wondered the same thing.
Then, in the email, you tell me to pick the best answer to earn 3 points. I cannot figure out how to pick the best answer, but it is mine, where I went in and edited the question.
Just ridiculous!
