I am originally from Iceland. I currently live in the US and run three companies. www.redknightmarketing.com www.10make90.com www.mindformula.com I just find it amazing that people are not making more money in this country. The American dream is still very much alive and easy to acheive. This is truly the land of opportunity.

  • Challenging the sale of real estate by executor?

I am located in the state of PA. The executor of my mothers estate just notified me that her house was under contract but has not released the specified amounts of that contract.

If the sale price is well below market price, or the price just seems to low compared to holding onto the house till the market gets better is there a foundation for challenging or protesting the sale of the house?

The sale is not final at this point and it scheduled to be finalized at the end of the year. So I guess my question is two-fold.

    1. Can I challenge or protest the sale of the house if it is well under value?

    2. and if so, what rights would I have in regards to the challenge?

  • Has anyone else got suckered in by the PGA Partners club?

I was really surprised to find out that an organization like the PGA allows something like the Partners club to market the way they do. It is as close to a "Scam" as I can think of. First they offer you some beginning stuff, like joining for a low amount. Then they send you packages offering lifetime memberships for a low price and a one time fee. Once you sign up for that you then really find out that it is almost $400 a year and that you have to pay for the products they send you as "free" demos.

Isn´t it a little ironic that an organization that stands for honesty, truth and the people playing the game upholding the rules does this type of marketing that borderlines a scam?

Has anyone had a better experience or a different experience with the PGA Partners club?

  • Would you get into online marketing if you did not have to deal with the tech aspect?

If you could create a website, squeeze page etc... without having to have any tech knowledge, would you be more likely to get into internet marketing?
