I got it in the mail today,

It works fine besides the fact that it literally takes 10 minutes to turn on...

It has froze on me twice already causing me to restart it (taking 10 minutes to turn on each time)

Should I keep this one or send it back for another one?

Is this fixable??

I just started donating plasma a couple weeks ago.

The first time I donated plasma, it was kind of a yellow-ish color

and I noticed that everyone else's bottle looked more of the red-ish side.

I got sort of worried and asked the lady who stuck me why it was a different color.

She said it was probably something I was taking. She asked if I've taken any OTC lately.

I haven't, she asked if I was on birth control, I'm not. With a worried fact she asked if I was taking any vitamins. I'm not but I said I was because I got scared.

The next couple of times I've done it, my plasma has been green!

It's just tripping me out because I don't do drugs, I'm not pregnant (I'm sure, my bf has regulated ejaculation, he doesn't *** anymore because he has diabetes.)

Anyway, I'm just curious of why my plasma is a different color than almost all the other donors?

Is it okay to keep donating or should I stop?

I'm not donating for the money, I'm doing it because the need for plasma is high.

let me start by saying..

i'm 19 years old, hardly ever drink and i have a clean record.

so! here's what happened.

My friend turned 19, being the teens we are.. we had a party.

the cops came a first time and gave us a warning, told us to turn the music down.

we did, but we were still pretty loud (at an apt. complex).

the 2nd time they came, they didn't knock on the door because there was people walking in and out so they just let themselves in behind some people.

I was in the bathroom when they showed up so they didn't see me with a beer in my hand or anything. they told me to sit on the couch, so i did. and one by one they took us outside and gave us a ticket for minor consumption..they asked for our I.D., social, and other information.

he asked if i had drank, i said yes and he asked how many and i told him about 4 maybe 5 beers.

he wrote me up for a minor consumption but i never took a breathalyser test or anything.

i have never got into trouble with the law, no speeding tickets, no tickets at all.

like i said before.. i have a clean record, well until this happened.

i just want to know if there's any way i can get out of this since really it's my word against the cops?

what's my best bet?

plead guilty or innocent?

is there a way to prove that i wasn't drinking?

Hi, last week i opened a checking account with Chase. No problems but i got a check as a gift from a person who has a different checking account. Can i give the check to my bank without being charged because it's not the same bank?

Ok, so my boyfriend is 20 years old, lives with his parents, get paid unemployment, and has a daughter (18 months old) with his ex girlfriend. She is 18, lives with her nana 10 minutes away from him. She is moving to a different town that is going to be 4 hours away from the dad. She is moving just because she is "bored" of the place she lives now. This isn't fair because the father is going through a rough patch right now with money and he will not be able to go to see her. Is it possible for the father to take the mother to court to try and take custody of his daughter? What are the chances of it? He is a much better parent that she is. He has her 4 days of the week, especially the weekends so she can go out and party with her friends. He does not drink, does not do drugs, nothing. He is an amazing father. But, what steps would he take to try to get full custody of the baby? Thank you in advance.

i've been dating this guy for almost 2 months now. and i recently moved 2 hours away from him. the first few weeks he came to visit a lot, but he's having some personal issues and i feel like we're starting to grow apart. i have given him the opportunity to break up with me, no hard feelings but he said he didn't want to break up. but he's now showing me the love he used to. when i'm with him i feel as if we're just friends. i really "love" him and i want to be with him. but i don't know if i'm the best thing for him right now? does he even really want to be with me? what do you think? i can't stop thinking about this. i've gone to my friend about it and their advice was for me to decided. but i need more of people's opinion's.

his personal problems include: his daughter (18 months) is moving and he will never get to see her, he's been unemployed for 7 months now, he is late on his car payments, gets into too many arguements with his dad.

am i a bad distraction for him? when he said he didn't wanna break up - do you think he really meant it or that was trying to spare my feelings?
