I started this job 5 months ago straight after university and I hate *every* aspect of it. My boss is a complete weirdo (no social skills or life) who works 65+ hours a week, has unrealistic work expectations and is stubborn. Everything I do is wrong, nothing is ever good enough unless he's done it (this comes from my entire team, not just me).. On top of that I find my work uninteresting, and to make things worse I am also underpaid. Whats the best way to approach this? I told them I'd stick around for while, and they're making plans for my "future" with them, but I just don't see it happening. I've been interviewing for other jobs but even if i get one I wouldn't start until feb next year. How do I approach this situation?

Met a guy from who works for the navy three months ago. We had an awesome connection, and everything was going great, until he was called to go on a ship and about a month ago. I have no way of contacting him at the moment as we didn't add each other on facebook or anything. Is it weird to add him? He said he'd fly me to his base when he's back, but I don't know when that will be. I really want to keep in touch, but i don't know if i should? Should I wait? Send help, this is hard haha

Met the man of my dreams two months ago. We dated for a month and it was amazing, we talked every day, the connection was just awesome. He works for the navy though, so about a month ago he got called to go on a ship and he doesn't know when he's coming back.
