So about 2 days ago (a few weeks ago now), I performed a system transfer from my Wii to my Wii U. I had plans to format the Wii, since it has the mail brick on it. The only way to get rid of this brick is to format the Wii from what I've heard. I have always been skeptical about doing this, as I have had this Wii for almost 9 years, and I really didn't feel like putting all of my save data on my Wii U. But of course, a couple days ago, I finally got the guts to transfer all my stuff, and format it. But there's only one issue now...

The Wii freezes up ever single time I try to format it!

I tried to format it twice, and both times, the console froze dead when I pressed the final format button. This is really getting on my nerves. I literally cannot find anyone else who has had this issue online. Since all of my stuff is gone off of my Wii anyways, I'm thinking about just going out and buying a new Wii-one that isn't messed up like mine is-and possibly selling this one for parts.

Thoughts? I really need help.

Info: I have an iPod A1136 from 2005.

I just deleted all the songs off my iPod without using iTunes, and the song names still show up on the device even though their file names aren't there anymore. Is there a way to reset the device and get the song names off of there?

I am halfway through my senior year of high school, and my whole year so far has been nothing but stress. I am one of the top students in my class, but I've been so stressed I've contemplated switching to home school. I am just now about to finish my first semester but I cannot wait to be done with this school year and graduate.

I do plan on going to college, but I have a brother who is in college and his classes are even more rigorous than in HS, and I'm pretty sure I will be taking the same classes (he takes chemistry, calculus, etc.). I have been staying up late most nights studying (as a matter of fact I am right now) and I need a break from being in school for 13 years straight.

If I could take a year off, I could pursue things I wouldn't normally have the time to do, like sports I enjoy, hobbies, working on my professions, maybe even getting a job to help pay for college. It could give me some time to recuperate and get myself back on track and ready for the ensuing college years.

I haven't talked to my parents about this yet. I probably will tomorrow.

I can't type in a name to tag a friend in a post. I don't mean hitting the tag button and adding names, I mean just typing in a name and clicking on the pop-up. I can' tag with @ either.

I can type a name and it will work very rarely but most of the time it doesn't work.

It's irritating

The title might be a bit vague as I wasn't sure exactly how to put it, but I'm trying to open a file downloaded from The Model Resource (https://www.models-resource.com/) in Blender and I can't figure out how to do it. I downloaded the Blender Source Tools but I don't even really know how to use that.

Is there a step-by-step guide somewhere that I can use? I'm not importing models into Blender for any particular reason except to look at them, anyways.

So every time I get on my computer, I get two windows that pop up:

- Windows cannot find 'igfxEM.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

- Windows cannot find 'igfxHK.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I got this computer less than a month ago from someone who rebuilds computers. The OS is Windows 8. The computer doesn't have any issues at all, except these two windows that keep popping up whenever I turn the system on.

Is there a way to possibly download these two files and make the windows stop popping up? Or is there any way to make them stop?

So I want to reinstall homebrew on my wii, but my message board has the "mail brick" on it, and the console can only be turned on in maintenance mode. Therefore, I can no longer use the letterbomb method. The only way I know to install homebrew as of right now is by playing certain games and doing a certain thing but I don't have said games. I am considering buying another wii and transferring my game data but I cannot do so without homebrew.

Also, is it possible to download RiiConnect24 without Homebrew? I was just curious about that.

So I'm trying to install Opera on my computer because my only browser at the moment is Internet Explorer 7. I have Windows XP so I can't upgrade IE. When I try to install Opera it prompts me to run or save the installer, I click run, it downloads, and then nothing happens. I need to update my browser because I can't access any websites that utilize google in any way. Also, I'm pretty sure that IE7 is stuck in the stone age. I know it is the browser because my computer is up-to-date. I just upgraded the RAM to 2GB, too.

I can't download Chrome because when I click the download button it does absolutely nothing. I haven't tried downloading Firefox yet.

Help would be appreciated!!

I just got this portable record player at an auction last night. I'm not sure if it works; I haven't tried it out yet. I was wondering what the model number is, or what year it was built. It looks like it is pretty old. It is in a white, metal case. The turntable is made of felt, and the arm is a little out-of-place. The cord might need some repairs on it, and the end of it also needs repairs. I got this in a box for only a few dollars, because the man selling it didn't really know what it was. I cannot upload a photo of it on here... If that is an issue please tell me.

When I was in K-12 in 3rd grade, they sent me a IBM computer installed with Windows XP Professional. It has absolutely no restrictions, and can be used as a casual home computer. I have been using it recently because I prefer desktops over laptops, and simply because I am too stubborn to buy a new computer. The only issue with the computer is that it only has 512 MB of RAM and an outdated CPU, and, therefore, is very difficult to use on the internet. Am I able to update the RAM and CPU? My dad tells me it wouldn t be possible and I would have to buy a new computer altogether. I really don t want to, since newer computers have Windows 7 or newer (as I have said I am very stubborn). And desktops can cost a lot of money. If any more info is needed on model or anything else I will add it.

Hello. I have been wanting to buy a portable cassette player for a while now. I am looking into getting one, preferably in the style of a Sony Walkman (even with the 6.35mm headphone jack). However, I know that nowadays many peple listen to MP3s and CDs, and therefore cassettes are outdated (probably why I like them so much). I am having a hard time figuring out where to get one. Any help would really be appreciated!

And BTW don't judge me because I listen to cassettes. I also have a large and still growing vinyl collection.

Okay, so I am a 16 yr. old girl who has been described as "a child born 4-5 decades late". I have little to no appreciation for modern technology (i barely even respect it). I have an old TV in my room because I didn't want a flatscreen because everyone else has one. I usually only listen to music on records and cassettes. When I turn on the radio, I only listen to the oldies station. I really like cars (which I assume is unusual for teen girls), and I really only like the older ones. I do not like modern music at all, and I listen to music ranging between 50's-late 80's, but it is mostly 80's. I like vintage clothing and 80's hairstyles. I only take pics with a real camera, not a phone. I have no apps on my phone and only use the phone to call people and occasionally check FB. I guess my point here is, i am nothing like the other kids.

(Not to mention i already have social anxiety due to a mild form of aspergers)

I am nothing like the others. I constantly tell myself it is okay to be a social outcast, but my biggest fear is what will happen to me when I go to college. Due to social anxiety, i will be too afraid to talk to anyone, and I am afraid no one will want to work with me. Everyone will think I am an outcast because i am anti social, when all it really is is that i am not one to talk first (i have tried, it doesn't work for me). I am just wondering if my lifestyle needs a change?

On the home screen on an iPhone 4S there is a bar at the bottom that you can put apps in for quick selection. Is there any way I can remove that? Its very annoying and I an already very annoyed with Apple products as they are. Thanks in advance.

So a long time ago I downloaded the Homebrew channel on my wii and have not been using it frequently. The apps I have on there are the Homebrew shop channel, Gecko, and an N64 emulator. But the teal issue came from when my wii decided to start wiping out all of my wii message board items, and I *stupidly* unplugged the wii while it was in yhe process. Now whenever I turn on my wii it goes to the health and safety screen but when i press A it goes black and nothing more.

I read that someone else had a similar issue, and the only way toresolve it was to break into the console and insert a mod chip. I dont know how to hard mod a wii, but I could probably figure it out. It said it may be caused by a malfunctioning application and the mod chip is used to uninstall the app but I dont believe you can "uninstall" the message board. Is there any other way to fix this? If i have to use a mod chip i will either do that or just buy a new Wii because i have my games backed up on an SD card. Any help would be appreciated!

I found an iPad lyin in the middle of an intersection one day, and I cannot figure out who owns it because I cannot unlock it. My dad tried to contact Apple support, but they would not help us. He also took it into an Apple store and they couldn't help us there either. The only option I have left is either to factory reset and use my iCloud username, or just abandon it (which is a waste of a really nice iPad). Is there any way to reset it completely to factory settings without unlocking it? Any help would be appreciated!

So me and my brother have really light skin. I love going outside, but my brother is a little more like a hermit crab, always staying inside. Last year we went to a baseball game in Columbus, OH, and he got burned really badly on his arms, face, and legs, but I didn't tan or burn at all, even though we were both out in the sun for the same amount of time. Is there any reason fo this? It's not that I really want a tan, it is just odd that this would happen.

So i have been taking spanish in school for 2 years now, but something confuses me... Why do words like día and agua start with el? From what i understand, if a word ends in o it starts with el, and if a word enda with a it starts with la. But día ends in a but starts with el? Why is that? I never understood it and i cant find a question anywhere similar to this. I would appreciate i you could answer y burning question!!
