Tongue ring healing time?
I am going for my physical for enlisting in the military and obviously, I'll have to take all piercings out while I am there being poked and prodded. I know I'll need to remove them for basic training, but I was hoping to keep them until I leave at least. The process starts at about 4am, and is known to go as long as 5pm that same day. I've had my tongue pierced for about 4 years now. I know the tongue heals really quickly, but about how long do you think before a 4 year old 14g closes up?
It's inevitable I know, this is purely out of curiosity.

Can pictures automatically download into your albums from a website you visited (but did not manually download)? I know facebook profile pictures can be added automatically if you sync your phone with your contacts, but can they automatically download from websites visited? Thanks in advance...
2 AnswersCell Phones & Plans9 years agoWhat causes violence in a normally non violent diabetic?
Long story short, I have a friend that I am very close to. He is diabetic, and other than that fairly healthy for a 30 year old guy. In the time that I have known him, he is a very outgoing, happy, optimistic person with a class clown sort of personality. Not once have I seen even a hint of violence. He has an automatic insulin pump that he keeps on him at all times, and gives himself insulin "shots" as needed. The other night we went to a wedding (I was his +1 date) and it was going so well. We had fun, I noticed he hadn't eaten as much as he probably should have, and there was also alcohol involved with both of us. I paced myself as I always do for my own safety and peace of mind, but neither of us having to drive I think he went a little overboard. I noticed much later that night he started getting "irked" or irritated at things, about 10 minutes prior to having an all out violent reaction. I've never seen him like this, he called me names, even grabbed my arm at one point. Of course the first thing I thought was he was just really drunk, and I wanted nothing to do with it, so I called my poor mom at 3am to pick me up from the hotel we were staying at. He has left me voice mails crying, apologizing repeatedly. I'm not answering him, but I got a very long text today from him apologizing again, and confessed that he had not been watching his sugars at all that night. He said they dropped dangerously low and he actually drank and orange juice after I left (that I had bought for him earlier in the day...just in case). I'm scared to let him back in my life because I really don't have any prior interaction with diabetics. I know generally how it works, but is it unheard of for a diabetic to become almost a completely different person during a high or low?
I always thought if he wasn't capable to be like that, then it wouldn't come out under any circumstances. What causes violent behavior in a normally non violent person? Any medical facts would really relieve my mind a little. Thanks in advance....
2 AnswersDiabetes10 years agoWhat watt amount should I use? (Ball Python)?
I have a 6 month old ball python in a 20 gallon long tank, and he really does not like his "day light" and I honestly think it's just too bright. I want to get a ceramic heater, but I don't know what watt to get. I have a 100W "night light" which is just a black light, but I wanted the ceramic heater because, as I'm sure someone will point out, glass/plexiglass tanks do not retain heat all that well. What watt ceramic bulb should I get?
3 AnswersReptiles1 decade agoAre any of you surrogate mothers?
I am 21 years old, recently single mother of my 3 year old son. I work a respectable job and am stable, even without my ex husband's income. My son is my life. I am thinking about starting college classes part time to further my career.
I know I am young, but I stumbled across a surrogacy website. I haven't talked to anyone about this yet, it's kind of a new idea. As I am learning more about it, the more it sounds like something I think I'd like to do. I would rather do the gestational surrogacy as opposed to the traditional, but I am still scared that I would become so attached to the baby that I create that I will be mentally unstable after giving him/her to the parents. I mean when I first saw my son, it was like nothing else existed and it was the best feeling ever. Does that feeling change when you are bringing a life into the world for a couple who can't have children? I'm just worried about the emotional aspects of it. If anyone has any input I'd greatly appreciate it.

I have a Verizon LG Envy2 cell phone and I have looked up micro SD cards so I can store more pictures than the internal memory, but I am unsure what type to get. Can I get any specific type or does it depend on the phone?
