I cant decide where to get a working holiday visa for? oz or new zealand? I am going to se asia for a few months then flying to one of the above for up to a year.

Is there a way that I can find a list of things installed on my computer? so that I can delete them?

My computers running very slow and comes up with 'kill pages' all the time. Please keep answers simple as I really know very little about computers.

To cut a long story short I have had a loan with welcome finance for years. Today is the last day that I can make a small payment to them before they pass it on to a debt recovery agent.

Is it better to pay today so that i can keep my account with welcome finance or should i let it go to a debt recovery agent, I know sometimes these will accept a smaller amount in full & final settlement. Any advice would be a great help, thanks

Ok, at a crossroad I was already turning right and the other driver was opposite and came through and hit my car to make it easier to explain:

I was at 6 o clock turning to 3 o clock and he was at 12 going to 6.

Does this mean it was my fault cuz i was going right over his path?

Even though I was already turning and he was speeding and obviously not looking cuz he didnt make any attempt to brake?

Do I have an argument or should I except liability even though i dissagree with it?
