I want to get rid of this excess, useless muscle mass and get stronger. I'm not as strong as i look because i was told how to bodybuild and not how to build maximal strength.

I was told 3 sets of 10. Now i know it's something like 3x3 or 5x5 (with heavier weights).

Is it possible for non functional mass to decrease? Naturally, or preferably, through training?

I trained in a bodybuilding fashion for a few years, wasting energy on mass. I didn't know about maximal strength until a few years ago.

Does it come with a controller? If not, can you buy one? And can anyone recommend a good gaming computer? Let's say my budget is ~$1000+.

*I know they make $10-$20 controllers for phones...

A doctor told me my right optic nerve is larger than my left one. Wjat exactly does that mean? Are things brighter, more contrasted, blurry or clear?

Also, I'm a glaucoma suspect (and just turned 28 last Wednesday).

I haven't seen Endgame yet. But i thought what with a child of the Fantastic Four's being omnipotent and all, that he'd recreate all the Avengers that Thanos thumb snapped away.
