I'm turning 20, and I have no friends or family to celebrate with. What should I do for some fun, instead of just doing the typical dinner, movie, get wasted routine?

So today was my first day working at a restaurant and it was awful! Within 5 hours i've been screamed at,cursed at, and disrespected, to the point where i almost burst into tears. Why do people think they have the right to be a straight up a&&hole to people? And what should I do in those types of situations?

I've heard that it's supposed to happen when people are talking crap about you. I believe its a myth, yet every time I see someone who I know will talk **** my ears ring. Why do you think it is, and how did the myth start?

I got a barbell industrial piercing a little over a month ago and it still hurts a lot. I knew it was going to be a while until the pain fully went away, but for any one who has one how long until the pain fully goes away? And I do clean it with salt soaks twice a day.

Im 19 and i still dont feel like a true adult. So what age did you feel you were, and what happened which made you feel that way?

I just dont understand, theres not one ounce of evidence that he exists, yet people still believe in him for thousands of years. I think that people just want to believe there is somewhere better to go to once you die because their scared of death. And i believe its just like telling kids theres a santa claus, so most of society trys to be good for the "big reward at the end"(aka heaven)

So my question is if you do believe in god, why?? Also if your atheist like me why do you think others do?

It just seems pointless to still be teaching kids how to write it when no adult uses it except for signing their nsme.

Or have seen smuggled in? Before I've seen people with Chinese food and another time i seen a guy bring in a 6 pack.

Or not so useless ones?

For ex: my parents used to tell me that when i was lying to stick out my tongue and there would be a white line going down the middle that only parents could see. I guess it worked because whenever id be lying id always hesitate to stick out my tongue.
