l am restarting my entire workout regime and I want to do it right. My previous routine ended after a surgery and l never went back to it. It had no structure and was totally random. Now l am scrawny as heck and l want to change that. l thought about going 3 days each week working out chest and triceps on Monday...Back and biceps on Wednesday... And legs and shoulders on Fridays... Cardio will be on the other days except Sunday... How does that sound? I want to gain muscle. ..

Reliable? Good Battery Life? Portable?

I am in the market for a laptop and have no idea what to look for. My price range is around $700-$1200. This summer I am planning on going to a spanish language school and I need a laptop that is not to flashy, because i will be traveling to some places that aren't the safest. I will be traveling though and doing a lot of on-the-go things so I would prefer it be light-weight and portable (I don't want a clunker) I just need a laptop for college. I am not a gamer and I don't need a laptop built for that. A good battery is a must. If anyone has suggestions let me know please!

I am studying to be a christian missionary with education as a focus so a country with those kind of opportunities is my best option. But I am also really interested in carribbean culture... I have been to jamaica for mission trips and know many people from the carribbean and the culture really attracts me.

They eat all the bird seed at the feeders... Thistle, peanuts, sunflower and even the safflower... nothing works there is 30-40 birds in the flock that live in the area

I really like the goldfinches in my backyard and since my last bird i have been wanting another one just not as demanding as a cockatiel but still able to be held...

I know all the other costs like cage, nectar, and everything else I was just wondering what the bird itself costs...

My grandpa is from this town in italy but he died before i met him.... I really want to know where it is he lived there sometime between 1890 and 1925 before he moved to america... i cant find it anywhere if anybody knows about it share some info please :-D
