My uncle has this car that he wants to sell it has a salvaged title but he says that they told him at the auction that it was because someone donated it, and since it was donated, it was automatically categorized as a salvaged car. Is this correct? Sounds a little fishy to me. If it makes a difference, I reside in California.

I have a problem with a former landlady (who still has my stuff but, after some legal counsel on her end, realized she was indeed breaking the law and is now returning it) that is trying to basically extort money out of me. I do not owe her this. The issue I have is that she gave me a time and a date that I can recover my stuff, which was the next day in an evening hour. My question is: Assuming she spends all day in court getting documents ready, how long does it actually take before the papers are issued for service? This is what I believe her motive will be because she won't be able to find (or serve me) after I retrieve my stuff.

I'm 20, I have a strong sense of common sense, I'm an overall nice guy and I like to enjoy life. I don't party, I don't smoke drink or do drugs. I was single till very recently and that's where this question spawns from. I have been very lucky in my life so far (living in a multi-million dollar mansion with my HIGHLY disgruntled/estranged ex girlfriend's grandmother, living incredibly cheap, while going to school, all this after being kicked out of my house with not a penny or anything) and I just wonder if I'm making the right choice.

I'm dating a 30 year old single mother. I have very strong feelings for her. I love her kid and would be willing to treat him as my own. I know that most people would say that it's my choice, but I'm wonder if there are any grounds that people might ask my what the heck I'm doing. I do love her, though...

Is dating this beautiful perfect (for me) woman socially wrong? Honesty appreciated - not just what you think I want to hear.

I so have a slight issue...

I'm a pretty down-to-earth guy, and I recently (somewhat reluctantly) walked into a relationship with someone else. It's an online relationship.

She's 31 and has two kids.

I'm 20, no kids, don't party or go out or anything but yeah.. I like to enjoy life.

My question is... what should I do? I'm reluctant about this relationship (it's only 4 days old...) and she hasn't known I've existed for more than 5 days. I hold a hope in it just because I don't want to lose a friend and I don't want anyone hurt, but I don't know if I'll be able to get over the age thing + the fact that she has 2 kids...

What do I do?

How does a no-name company with some pretty good stuff get their name out on the internet?
