My beats don't have the detachable cord thing. They are directly connected to they cord. are they fake? i bought them at a pawn shop. i need help. i can get my money back

I saw some dr dre beats the other day, I saw them fast, but i saw that the cable was directly connected to the headphones, i could not take the cable, off, as i said, i dont know this for sure, but im 65% sure
Could these be fake/real etc. This store is a pwn shop, is i recall they do not buy fake this right?

I have 14 years old and i cant to anything without telling my parents, Or when i just say something they yell, or ground me, Sometimes i just say something to myself and the get angry, My mother wont listen to me, I have sat her down on the table to talk with her, After she sits, She starts yelling, I cant do anything omg, I need independance, I am trying to be good, When she tells everythings i say with a NO, I get angry and she grounds me. I dont know what to do, I cant even go downtown with some friends, Im responsible but i cant show it to her, And when i say something when i get angry she yells at me at the middle of the street, Omg, Idk what to do U.U, Help me please, I can give more detail on Fb or messanger etc. please help!! I need to get out of the house, I cant even stay alone at my home becouse she doesnt ¨trust¨ me, I try to be good, but i cant couse she doesnt even let me go to the park which is 1 km away from home
