Today i've went to the optical shop nearby to buy a new spec for myself .

After that, i went to a reunion at my best pal house . My best friend told me i look NERD and OLD with that spec .

I'm teribbly feel unhappy over it because not she is the only one who comment about my spec . I just feel the spec suit me,i love it . It's turning me down when my best friend say i look nerdy with it and i feel like throwing it away now..They say i'm old fashion and bad taste..I'm a stressfull girl.I always take others comment very hard and i hardly accept if someone criticise me..What should i do...I'm feeling down....

I used to cry myself over the stress i had from family.I Feel unhappy when my friend said my taste was very bad(over somthing) ,or feel unhappy when my friend argue with me.In my workplace,i can hardly pay attention to what i'm handling.Sometimes,when i'm too stress,i will feel pain over my chest and hardly breath..What is happening to me,and how to control of it?

He is a new guy for me.I've met his parents already.and now,he's going to ask me to meet his relatives..(uncles,aunties,cousins and so on)

i met them last week(family gathering)..and he's asking again for a dinner tomorrow night...

I just don't like it anyway.I feel shame of meeting many old folks..i don't like calling many uncles ..."uncle,lets eat..then another uncle again,uncle,lets eat"..I have to call every each of them for dinner ....

I have a huge hair loss when i wash my hair everyday..

when i pull the hair(during washing) , it will be more than 10 pcs in my hand of the hair fall..pull one time 10pcs,2nd time also 10pcs....it will be more than 30 pcs for one time i wash my hair......

I feel bad over it...it's already 1 month plus and making me more stress..i have change 4 type of shampoo and ask the expert in saloon.I even cut short my hair,but it wont work.Im still having the hair fall problem.Help!advice me please anyone....
